I am absolutley thrilled with the minute clinic at the grocery store. Whoever runs Publix should just run other stuff. I had a painful bout of bronchitis come on two days ago and a ton of work. So taking time off for the doctor was difficult but I was just going to have to soon. Teaching while wheezing is also difficult for me as well as disturbing to the students. Really underestimated how swift the coughing would start this time. So I stopped in the minute clinic at the grocery store before picking up my younger daughter at daycare and in 30 minutes had my prescription for antibiotics as well as salsa and cheese enchiladas. Now that is a party ;0)
I was reading to Tyler before bedtime this evening. Like many five-year-olds she is dinosaur crazed. I remembered her older sister's favorite book at that age was We're the Noisy Dinosaurs and found it to read to her. Tyler can't read many words yet but was oddly reading along with me.
Apparently her older sister has a copy in her room at their dad's house and reads it to her often enough that she knows the words. If so perhaps I got something right. Sometimes it is good to know that.
Off to sleep. I have 25 papers to face at 5 a.m.

They could simplify matters by just putting the antibiotics IN the enchiladas.
Enchiladas... salsa... a week or so ago it was queso dip-- what's up with all the Mexican food?
Amazing that a little corner of the store down the street can be just as effective as the dr. who's 15 miles away, makes you wait 2 hours and then screws up your bloodwork so you have to fast & come in again the next day.
Get well soon.
You so have kids under five ;0)
(Okay, and way back when, the niece and nephew liked my dinosaur impression!! ;) )
Toss 'em all down the steps and the ones that go the farthest get the A's...
