It appears that today, more and more people are seeking out organic and/or eco-friendly products. We reckon that is a terrific thing. We are ourselves were performing a hunt for some "green" friendly bedding and clothes. We required something that was both sustainable and an eco-friendly, organic alternative to the existing materials on the market. The other key factor was...it had to be a velvety and comfy textile.
We were delighted when we tried bamboo fabric for the first time. It has so many great characteristics. The greatest surprise to us was marvelous softness. We fell in love with the 100% bamboo sheets. In fact, we did a case study involving the bamboo sheets and a control sample which comprised of a very high-ticket set of high thread count Egyptian cotton sheets. In each case the test subjects chose the bamboo, saying that it was the softer and more cozy of the two. Bamboo has a lot more to offer than just sheets, the bamboo clothing and bamboo baby clothes are also dear to our heart.
