I was lured, unsuspecting, from my cave, by tequilaanddonuts. Being from Texas, anything with tequila in the title was sure to get my attention. Being a dragon with a sweettooth, donuts are just as enticing. And so, I wandered into OS, totally unaware of the traps that lay ahead. Luckily, I was alone, and free to laugh out loud, sometimes to the point of tears. Intrigued, I wandered even farther into the maze, finding my way to the Squirrel. Now , being a Dragon, I thought I had nothing to fear from something as small, furry and cute as a Squirrel. Little did I know, not only was this a more insidious trap than tequilqaanddonuts, but I would be reduced to tears of the more sadder type quite frequently before finding my way into safer territory.
I returned to my cave, and ruminated on my journey. OS was definitely someplace I wanted to visit again, but I was worried I might not be able to navigate my way back out again as easily as I had this time. After much thought I had the brilliant plan to invite along some companions. Surely, if we stuck together, the insidious lure of the many denizens of OS could be overcome.
And so, I set out with my two daughters as my companions. And as you have probably guessed by now, we have been aimlessly wandering ever since. I hold out no hope of ever finding my way back. My daughters have set out on their own to try to find a different way out. I have decided to set up home here in this nice new cave. I have put up markers in an effort to try to at least learn my way around the landscape, and I am attempting to get to know the neighbors. Maybe Iamsurly will take me shopping at Target, and Squirrel will put down Pokey long enough to show me to my table(I have a coupon). Writer to the Stars is within spitting distance, and Freaky looks like just the type of neighbor for me.
So, for now, I am content to lurk around, scoping things out, occasionally making a comment here and there, and rating generously. Maybe I can find my daughter, I know she is around here somewhere.............
