Great painting and I like it a lot better than Robet Mitchum who is a bit of an odd selection to me but that's okay.

You have the amazing capacity to paint in such a way that the characters are even more vivid than they might be in life. As what's on the canvas is truer than true.

Robert Mitchum was always one of my favorite personalities. He was a cross-grain kind of guy. I like the elder one here best.

I loved Robert Mitchum. Scared the crap out of me in "Night of the Hunter," not to mention "Cape Fear." Gotta love a guy who gets posted for pot in the 1940s.

Tg Within has it right ... the brows really catch your attention.
