A forever Asia expat that has lived in Japan, Vietnam, and the Philippines, Earl is now a university teacher living in Daejeon, Korea and in between classes he's perfecting his recipe for Southwestern Ramen. When he's not working or cooking for his friends, he visits his friend Dream, the owner of Bar Duck Duck in Gungdong and drinks Midori Long Island Teas. Nachos--the Slow and Difficult Way
