Over the weekend, Salon's Will Doig wrote a piece about why we city-dwellers place so much value on our views, especially ones of parks and waterways. The article included a slideshow featuring view snapshots taking by Will and several of his friends. Now, we want to see what the view looks like from your home or office.  

Tag your posts "the view from my window," and post them by Thursday, January 12th at 5pm EST. Be sure to include a brief description of where you took the photo. We'll feature our favorites on the cover of Open Salon, and we're hoping to run the best ones as part of a slideshow on Salon.
