This is brilliant......first photo is the bait that pulls us towards poetry.....
Lovely!
After seeing your pics I had to find the song sung by Danny Kaye in Hans Christian Anderson.

I opened it in another tab for background music to your pics.
the eye is so definately smiling........
I was getting very nervous for that little guy. Terrific pictures, and I love the circus analogy.
Logan learned to handle him gently and he went on to munch another day.

He was tiny.
This is great Epriddy.
Agree with Gary - the first photo just pulls you in. Sweet.
wild circus high wire....really!
That scootched up shot is great!
Excellent. From the eye to what the eye sees.
next up are banker ponies...with the workshop this week, I have had to bank a few haiga to keep up.

We are having a 10 potters firing a woodkiln twice here in 4 days, kind of a big event for the spring!

I'll be posting pictures daily and showing work and the firing.

It is going to be a LOT of fun and a launch of the new workshop agenda for the studio, quarterly seminar/workshops on various invented and creative things to do with clay.

And thanks to everyone who came in to look at this one. I was very excited for Logan to get to handle a wild animal. He is at an age where he might just remember this! And if not, I have pictures!
can't wait to see the pictures of you and the other potters at work

liked this poem and the pics- the green against red is striking
