Oil Deposits in the Caribbean basin - largest deposit ever

Rate: 1 Flag

Oil Deposits in the Caribbean basin - largest deposit ever discovered, under some of the poorest countries

"Scratching on the surface of the Dudus situation in Tivoli Gardens reveals a much more sinister agenda at work than a government being forced to attack its own people. There is ample evidence that the oil reserves under the Caribbean Basin are on the same scale as those of the Persian Gulf, the Red Sea and the Gulf of Aden combined, and that they contain three thousand more times natural gas than oil. Energy reserves of that magnitude will change the geopolitical balance of the world, and whoever gets control of them will be Kings for a very long time. However, the bounties and riches that Jah gave to Jamaica don't stop with oil and natural gas, and the world learned more about those blessings on April 6, 2010, when scientists working on a Caribbean expedition discovered the world's deepest known hydrothermal vents, also called 'Black Smokers', three miles under the surface. The vents are located in the Cayman Trough, the world's deepest underwater volcanic rift, running across the seafloor between Cuba and Jamaica, out past the Cayman Islands and almost to Mexico near Cancun. They are 173 miles west of Negril...Deepsea hydrothermal vents blast extremely hot water at incredibly high pressures into the ocean from the seabed, usually along volcanic rifts, and mixed in with that water are very high concentrations of rare and expensive minerals - polymetallic sulphides - like gold, copper, iron ore, nickel, silver, titanium, platinum, manganese and iridium. This is the same process that deposited the largest and richest veins of these minerals on the surface, but without the bother of having to dig through hard granite to get at them. The hydrothermal vents have been spewing these rich mixtures out onto the bottom of the oceans for millions of years, and they are now hundreds of yards deep, spread out close to the vents." (Four Layers of Gold)

I sent out links to two articles - Four Layers of Gold and Bush's in the Bushes to the Ezili Network Listserve and on Twitter and Facebook (Ezili Dantò). Folks have been writing all day today to say that the Negrilstories.ca site has been hacked and they can't get access to the articles. I think the Four Layers of Gold and Bush's in the Bushes articles are extremely important to understanding our current reality in the Caribbean and fit well with Ezili HLLN's concerns about giant biotech agribusiness poison earthquake gift to Haiti's farmers and Haiti activists concerns with regards to whether the 2004 Bush regime change in Haiti's indiscriminant mining, drilling for oil or the Gulf oil drilling helped to destabilize the faultline and caused the Haiti earthquake - the worst single disaster in world history, killing 300,000 people in 33 seconds, leaving near 2million homeless and another 300,000 injured.

The writings of the three elders, from the Negrilstories website, ought to be circulated and widely read.

I don't know why folks are getting messages that this site "may be harmful for your computer." I've put the original source. But just in case the Negrilstories.ca site still doesn't work. I've copied the articles below in their entirety because Ezili/HLLN readers have expressed such interests in getting to this information. It's good to know our Ezili/HLLN's readers are sincerely interested in helping Haiti's peoples with earthquake relief with dignity and human rights, are not about disaster capitalism or supporting Monsanto/USAID/Rajiv Shah/Clinton's attempts to further deplete Haiti's soil with big US-agribusiness' toxic inputs, nor to further put in debt and destroy Haiti's remaining 6million small family farmers - the only peasant farmers still remaining on their lands, in such masses, in the Western Hemisphere, will be interested in this information. (See, Who is Rajiv Shah, What are Haiti concerns about Shah/USAID: USAID-supported Bio tech firm develop HIV tainted GM corn: HIV Infection Rates Increase with eating US Corn in Sub Sahara Africa)

The articles below are very long, but take your time and read them through carefully. The information is nowhere in any other media in such a manner and gives an important point of view, not widely disseminated.

One of the questions the articles answer is: Why the new
US militarization of the Caribbean Basin? In Haiti the UN/US replaced a democratically elected government in 2004, they say for humanitarian reason. They've been there for over 6-years, mining Haiti's gold, iridium, copper, coal, making money with the 14,000 NGOs and the people are worst off than they were under democratically elected President Aristide. So why the militarization? Over the years Ezili's HLLN has pointed to Haiti's riches and oil reserves to explain the US/UN occupation. Today we expand to look at the entire Caribbean basin and ask "why the new militarization of the region? (Haiti, Jamaica, Costa Rica, et al)."

The answer is Caribbean oil, natural gas, polymetallic sulphides & hydrothermal energy and the internal struggle amongst the WWII powers to control mining the seabed of the world's oceans without having to worry about the world’s impoverished economies - the former colonized nations' rights to their own resources, their own oceans and territorial waters. Pay particular attention to the International Seabed Authority and its significance, take note of the references to Monsanto, the Iranian-Anglo genesis of BP, the role of Peter Sutherland, Kissinger, the Bush/Texas power structure and the post we published about the Gulf oil drilling destabilizing the fracture zones in the Caribbean, Gulf and South America. Your comments and constructive insights are always appreciated.

The Jamaican elders writing these articles say that the issue Jamaica is now facing with the US and the IMF loan to Jamaica is related to the large cache of oil deposits - found between Jamaica, Cuba and Haiti and that the Dudus situation was just a smoke screen for big oil US military to deploy troops to Jamaica so they can further explore Jamaican waters and take root as the UN/US and its NGOs has in Haiti. "The IMF and the World bank were created to begin with, to manipulate poor countries into such an enormous debt load that they would have to sell off their natural resources and utilities to pay it. This is the plan of action (now with the IMF loan to Jamaica.)"

According to part of the narratives in the Dudus article, the Four Layers of Gold and Bush's in the Bushes articles: In February 2010 Jamaica signed a $1.27 billion debt restructuring agreement with the IMF. Less than 30 days after the signing of the IMF debt restructuring agreement, Jamaica had to present their 'non-existent yet' oil industry to the people who control the IMF and World Bank, and offer a bid process. Less than 30 days after the Jamaican Minister of Mining and Energy presented the seismic data and bid procedures to the American Association of Petroleum Geologists in the United States, the Dudus extradition conflict escalated, Jamaica is destabilized and US military land in Jamaica on May 22, 2010. It’s the beginning of a US military occupation of Jamaica. I add the US is as concern about protecting Black human rights in Jamaica as it is about the rights and welfare of the poor in America, the rights of Blacks in America, for instance, doing and after Katrina or our rights in Haiti. The beginning of US militarization in Jamaica is similar to the 2004 occupation of Haiti. The militarization of the Caribbean is “…all about oil, soldiers and America taking it all ...again.”

Furthermore, the deployment of 7,000 US troops to Costa Rica on the pretext of combating drugs,  is similar to the Jamaica Dudus deployment rhetoric of combating drugs. Copied below are the Four Layers of Gold and Bush's in the Bushes articles. As I said they are long, but the information is solid and worthy of your time and for factoring into our thinking process with reference to the militarization of Haiti in 2004, the militarization of aid doing the Haiti earthquake, another perspective on the Gulf oil explosion and what else may be in store for this Hemisphere's peoples as Caribbean Basin oil, natural gas, polymetallic sulphides and hydrothermal energy are further exploited by the status quo without regards to environmental or human welfare.

Before I read these two articles I knew little, if nothing, about the importance of the International Seabed Authority under the UN and the decades of struggle by the General Assembly nations to block the five veto powers from taking control of the resources and riches on the ocean's seabeds soley for their own country's benefit. These article give us a history lesson, details the precursor to BP - the Anglo-Iranian Oil company - its role in the first post-WWII US regime change and brings to clarity the role of the UN, big oil, Monsanto, the big pharmaceuticals, biotechs, agri-business and the WWII powers in dominating the world's resources, containing the former colonized world in poverty, oppression, destroying the world's environment to harnest profit for the few rich families of this world and the purposeful depopulation/genocide of what these rabid powers see as the "lesser" citizens on earth.

"If the International Seabed Authority steps up to how the One World Agenda envisioned it, they will have total control over all of the deepsea drilling, prospecting, exploration, scientific expeditions, mining, oil and natural gas production, all of the hydrothermal vents, all of the minerals, all of the rights of passage, all of the open ocean fishing, for every vessel in the water - commercial, government, military, institutional, supertanker, submarine, submersible or pleasure craft. They will take possession of everything 200 miles from land and administer it in the 'common heritage of mankind', but decide who gets what contracts, to do what kind of work, get a big piece of every deal with no money invested or liability accepted, determine and collect all fees, taxes, registration costs, permits or licenses, and control all of the water."

"There is ample evidence that the oil reserves under the Caribbean Basin are on the same scale as those of the Persian Gulf, the Red Sea and the Gulf of Aden combined, and that they contain three thousand more times natural gas than oil. Energy reserves of that magnitude will change the geopolitical balance ofthe world, ....We know from a book Haitian President Bertrand Aristide put together in 2004, "Investing in People: Lavalas White Book", that there are enormous amounts of natural resources in, under and around Haiti. It was published in French and Creole (Kreyòl), so that for the first time the people of Haiti
could read and understand what they owned. No more lies. The book is an extremely detailed piece of work, and leaves no doubt that Aristide knew exactly what was at stake. Massive wealth. Oil, natural gas and gold.

On the 6-months anniversary of the Jan. 12, 2010 Haiti earthquake. ("6-months ago the Deep Horizon oil drilling tapped an unprecedented 35,000 feet when they had some sort of 'catastrophic event', which ended when they sealed it up and left things alone. The Deep Horizon oil rig in the Gulf of Mexico was drilling again at 30,000 feet when the explosion happened.")

BUSH'S IN THE BUSHES
WHY BLOW UP A DEEPSEA OIL WELL AND
LET IT BLEED?

Why blow an oil well? - and then let it bleed
Why blow two towers? - unless you have a need.
Why kill Jamaicans? - when you could have just made a call
It's all smoke and mirrors - about Babylon wanting it all.

A dangerous thought - the Rio Summit 2010
Time to be brothers - Latin and Caribbean together again.
A new Free Trade deal - no gringos this time
The poor countries got oil - and rare minerals to mine.

Too much new money - will pay off IMF debts
Then free to choose - no more of America's threats.
Can't fight them all - would look really bad
So get Halliburton to blow a well - and tell Obama to look mad.

Start a big fight - focus on corporate greed
Between government and big business - powerful new law is the obvious need.
U.N. is ready - have it all set to go
The International Seabed Authority - can control it all, don't you know.

The problem that's brewing - we've seen it before
Remember the Falkland Islands - it caused quite an uproar.
Cayman Islands too - this time 'round
Rio Summit said don't try it - so the Deepwater Horizon burned to the ground.

Now no one gets anything - for a very long time
The U.S. can take it - the poor not so fine.
A brilliant move - in a war without end
It's all about money and power - again, and again, and again.

"By adding more power, more authority and functions to the United Nations,
national sovereignty would be gradually eroded until it was no longer an issue'.

...Elisabeth Mann Borgese
...one of the original authors of
The Law of the Sea Treaty

The problem is that nobody believes the government of the United States, huge multinational corporations or the mainstream media anymore, so when they combine to bring us another 'world changing' international disaster of epic proportions, the credibility factor becomes a 'fleeting illusion' which moves through the audience in such a way as to raise the question 'what are they up to this time?'

Despite the optics, this exploding oil gusher under a mile of water in the Gulf of Mexico isn't about pollution as much as it's about the solution that the problem will lead us to.

Now we have three: international terrorism highlighted by 9/11, an international financial meltdown that has unhooked every Federal Reserve Bank on the planet from any sort of responsible behavior, and the newest addition, an international environmental disaster with a 'Book of Revelations - Extinction Level Event' slant. All of which will require the creation of international institutions of higher authority simply because no single country is powerful enough to solve any of them alone, not even the most technologically advanced nation in the history of civilization dealing with something as simple as plugging a hole.

We are on the march from Globalization into One World Government, and the Deepwater Horizon disaster looks like a well orchestrated giant leap into the Abyss. You can see it in their eyes. Something else is going on here, but what? The angry Obama charade didn't convince anyone with more than a high school diploma, and BP couldn't possibly behave worse, providing the world with the perfect archetype for the greedy, uncaring, screw the environment, profit driven evil that the modern corporation has become. It's as though they are doing everything possible to make people furious, which will most certainly result in a severe backlash when it comes time to make new rules for controlling this type of dangerous industry in the future.

What is really going on that the usually rabid American government would suddenly become so timid when facing the 4th largest corporation in the world, and why would that corporation want there to be a much more powerful and constricting set of new rules for the industry that they are involved in? We have a poor victimized good guy, a vicious, uncaring, greedy bad guy, and a problem that can only lead us to a Global Authority with the muscle to enforce the rules. Why, and more importantly, why now?

The first element which indicates that this performance is a charade are the players themselves. The American government and British Petroleum have been thick as thieves since 1953 when the CIA and the British Secret Intelligence Agency worked together to depose the democratically elected Prime Minister of Iran, Mohammed Mossadeq, because he nationalized the Iranian oil industry and formed the National Iranian Oil Company to take the place of the Anglo-Iranian Oil Company, a partnership between Great Britain and the previous pro-western regime.

The British were furious about losing their investments, and took the case to the World Court in the Hague, where it was dismissed. Undeterred, the Americans and the Brits sent in a CIA agent, Kermit Roosevelt, the grandson of former American President Teddy Roosevelt, to spread around a lot of money to raise up some resistance to the newly elected Mossadeq. This ended with violent street riots and a political instability that broke the government on August 19, 1953, and the Western powers installed the Shah of Iran, and immediately got their oil industry back. The next year the Anglo-Iranian Oil Company changed their name to British Petroleum. Many say that these events were the seminal period in modern Middle East history for creating the resentment that eventually became Islamic terrorism.

The U.S. government and BP have been stomping all over the planet ever since, almost 60 years now, simply toppling any political regime that objected to their way of doing business, and nothing has changed. In November of 2009, just six months ago, BP was one of only two companies to be chosen in a round of 32 bidders for the first contracts to develop oil fields in Iraq - in over six years. It was for the prime Rumaila field in the south near Basra, with an estimated 17 billion barrels of oil, which in a deal that pays BP $2 a barrel at the wellhead clear profit, is worth $34 billion. There are another 100 billion barrels to be developed, and we all know who is making the decisions in Iraq. That's another $200 billion available in contract work, and it's a gimme, the easiest, cheapest, and fastest oil drilling in the industry.

No matter what happens with the Gulf of Mexico cleanup, BP is looking at a long sting of very profitable contracts from their good friends in the United States government. Don't worry about them, they'll be just fine.

One of the main indications of the quality of propaganda that we are being subjected to is easily identified by what is not being presented in the endless hypnotic loop of the news programming that we see on CNN, BBC, FOX and MSNBC. Among the things that are not being discussed are Peter Sutherland, Anadarko Petroleum Ltd., the Rio Summit 2010 with the Community of Latin American and Caribbean States and the 16th Session of the International Seabed Authority under the International Convention of the Law of the Sea, all who figure prominently in a background blizzard of international intrigue worthy of being the last novel by Robert Ludlum, involving the creation and control of what would be the largest, wealthiest and most powerful institution in the history of civilization, with absolute authority over everything that happens in, on or under the oceans of the world anywhere 200 miles from land.

The specific creation and control mechanism is the 'Enterprise' division of the International Seabed Authority, which Henry Kissinger himself took personal control of during the 1st Session of the International Convention for the Law of the Sea in 1974, right in the middle of the Watergate hearings that would force President Nixon from office, and while Kissinger and George Bush Sr. were involved in secret dealings with the Communist Chinese government about opening up relations between the two superpowers. It was a busy time, and yet Henry took it on himself to nuture this baby personally, and his insane visions of world domination do not disappoint.

He and his One World Government allies developed the International Seabed Authority to be the United Nations control division for mining the seabed of the world's oceans, but have maneuvered it to become the central authority for all activites that are deemed to be 'the common heritage of mankind', which will include total control over everything that happens anywhere near the oceans outside of territorial waters.

Under Kissinger's proposal, the Enterprise division was to be split into two parallel mining systems, one for commercial interests and one for the Authority, and any company that wanted to develop the seabed would be required to provide two Blocks and give the Enterprise first choice, rather than the '50% ownership stake in every contract awarded' position taken by an alliance of over 100 poor economies within the Assembly of the International Seabed Authority, called the 'Group of 77'. For 36 years they battled over this vision, with everybody understanding that the U.S. had the military to mine the seabed anywhere they wanted, and the most advanced technology in the world, so their demands to work on their own wouldn't really benefit the poor economies who would have their mining operations run by the Enterprise, but no money, no equipment and no technology.

If the Authority were to be structured according to Kissinger's vision, it would become another vehicle of oppression, but if the Group of 77 could keep the Enterprise involved as a partner in every contract, then it would be better adapted to the needs of the poor countries because everything required would be supplied by the outside contracting party, and nobody would be working on their own ...way out in the middle of the ocean ...in the dark ...with nobody watching what they were doing. Very American.

The original intention behind the creation of the ISA was to develop a revenue stream to finance the United Natons, but it has the potential to become the wealthiest organization ever formed, which quickly became apparent when the nations of the world got together to discuss how to deal with open ocean resources for the first time in 1974, and the delegates looked up to see Henry Kissinger sitting at the table, representing the interests of the United States, who have absolutely no desire to see an International Law of the Sea which protects the rights of common ownership for every other country on earth ...because of their big military, and if the rumors are true, because they have already been busy scooping up lots of those polymetallic sulphides out in international waters, and didn't tell anyone.

The history of this debate is the history of the International Seabed Authority, the perfect instrument for a One World Government to take total control over 70% of the earth's surface, and everything else deemed 'the common heritage of mankind', but also an excellent opportunity to begin the process of equitable distribution of wealth and relieve poverty and oppression all over the planet, if the maneuverings of the wealthy nations of the west could be matched by the coalition of underdeveloped nations that dominate the majority of the Assembly, which they have done admirably since this first began in 1974.

When Jimmy Carter was elected President in 1976, he appointed Elliot Richardson to assist Henry with the development work of the International Seabed Authority at the United Nations, the only man to ever hold four different Cabinet postions in U.S. history, and they moved very slowly, to the point that the Americans withdrew from the proceedings entirely. In 1982 Reagan announced that the U.S. were returning to the negotiations and then handed the Assembly a 68 page book of revisions that they wanted to see before they would consider the Treaty, which was rejected by the Assembly as a basis for any sort of agreement with the words 'to expressly exclude the possibility of extending the freedom of the high seas to the seabed and to exploration and exploitation for the resources'.

Kissinger replied that the U.S. 'cannot accept that the rights of access to seabed minerals be given exclusively to an international authority or be so severely restricted as effectively to deny access to the firms of any individual nation'. The two sides were diametrically opposed to each other, with completely different attitudes about how to move forward.

The rest of the world didn't care that the U.S. weren't joining, and continued to form the Treaty in a Preparatory Commission between 1983 and 1994. Again, the United States refused to participate, but between 1990 and 1994 took part in 15 separate private sessions which included the top United Nations leaders, hoping to find common ground. The main disputes were around how the contracts would be structured, the decision making mechanism for determining who gets access to what regions of the world's oceans, what countries provide the majority of the funding and a technology transfer clause that gave the competitive advantage of the west to the poor economies as part of the deal.

In 1994 at the 48th General Assembly of the United Nations, Resolution 48/263 passed with 121 votes in favor, none against, and seven abstentions. The International Seabed Authority pursuant to the International Convention of the Law of the Seas was created, and on November 16, 1994, the Convention came into force with head offices on Port Royal Road in downtown Kingston, Jamaica ...without the United States as a member. The very first thing they did was create a 'Pioneer Investors Group' which was made up of consortiums from seven different countries, who registered with the Authority, and another group of four consortiums that were 'Non-Registered Pioneer Investors'. BP Minerals was in one of these groups, headed by Kennecott Industries, with the world's largest producer of copper, another British company.

Today the International Seabed Authority has 160 countries as members, and the United States have an 'Observer' status, which means they can attend the meetings but not participate.

The vision alone leaves you speechless. The Enterprise division of the ISA was designed to get Half of Everything, from all over the planet, with Total Control. Depending on how the Authority is structured, it could dominate the way the world works for good or bad. Henry split his time in 1974 when his President was drowning to try to manipulate this one through, and it's easy to understand why. The Enterprise division of the International Seabed Authority is the Holy Grail of the One World Government.

Unlimited power, unlimited control, unlimited wealth, the three key ingredients to Total Domination ...if he did it right.

$22 MILLION CASH IN A MEXICAN DRUG LORD BASEMENT

What is important about the 16th Session this year, held in the ISA offices in downtown Kingston, Jamaica, right beside Tivoli Gardens, was the fact that the Authority was voting into existence a set of rules and regulations to actually begin awarding commercial contracts for mining the seabed, something that they have been working on for over a decade. The first item on the new Undersea Mining Menu are called polymetallic sulphide nodules, and they are by far the biggest bang for the buck.

Deepsea hydrothermal vents blast extremely hot water at incredibly high pressures into the ocean from the seabed, usually along volcanic rifts, and mixed in with that water are very high concentrations of rare and expensive minerals - polymetallic sulphides - like gold, copper, iron ore, nickel, silver, titanium, platinum, manganese and iridium. This is the same process that deposited the largest and richest veins of these minerals on the surface, but without the bother of having to dig through hard granite to get at them. The hydrothermal vents have been spewing these rich mixtures out onto the bottom of the oceans for millions of years, and they are now hundreds of yards deep, spread out close to the vents.

The technology already exists and has been used experimentally for five years, and has been so successful that the International Seabed Authority voted in a set of rules to begin the commercial industry at their meetings between April 26 and May 5, and in the final drafting the Enterprise division gets a guaranteed 20% of everything, with an option to buy up to another 30%, with no investment, financing or liability. The Group of 77 held firm, and America's dream of keeping their advantage, Kissinger's vision, was defeated. As of May 5th the brand new commercial industry of mining the seabed of the world's oceans was created, and on May 25th China was the first country to apply for a permit to begin exploiting some polymetallic sulphide nodules in the South Indian Ocean.

To get an understanding of what is at stake, consider that there are 6,000 kms of hydrothermal vents running down the middle of the Atlantic Ocean, and another 10,000 around the Pacific, all of them untouched since the earth began. Enormous piles of expensive, rare minerals, and on April 6th of this year, the deepest ever discovered were found in the Cayman Trough, the world's deepest underwater volcanic rift, at three miles down. They are 173 miles west of Negril, Jamaica, and about 100 miles south of the Cayman Islands, a British Overseas Territory that England claims the same rights to as the Falkland Islands off of the coast of Argentina, the ones they fought a war over in 1982 to make their point about the Rights of Empire still existing late into the 20th century.

In fact, this particular issue was one of the three main Collective Positions that the Rio Summit 2010 announced at their meetings in Playa del Carman, Mexico between February 21 - 24 this year, when the Latin countries in South and Central America invited the leaders of the Caribbean nations to join them in a new trade group they referred to as the 'Southern Hemispere Coalition', with the specific intent to leave out the gringos in the United States and Canada. The main drivers are Hugo Chavez from Venezuela and Felipe Calderon of Mexico, and their vision is to create a strong Latin and Caribbean collective which they can then maneuver into a seat on the U.N. Security Council, a lineup that hasn't changed since WWII. They have become militant about Western interference in their countries and are beginning to rise up to force them out.

In 1948 the Organization of American States was formed, which included the countries of South America, Central America, North America and the Caribbean, but in 1964 Cuba was kicked out for following 'Marxist-Leninist policies'. The OAS has always been a strong arm extension of American foreign policy, and their reports have always been manipulated to support their interests. Fidel Castro has stated that he wouldn't join them if they begged, pointing out that not once in the entire history of the organization had it risen up to defend one of its members against aggressive American military intervention, citing dozens of examples that include Ecuador, Panama, Guatemala, Nicaragua, El Salvador, Chile, Colombia, Argentina, Honduras, Haiti and of course, Cuba. Chavez in Venezuela has openly stated that he wants to quit the Organization of American States right now and just focus on the Southern Hemisphere Coalition, but just in case, in 2009 the Latin and Caribbean members petitioned for the re-admission of Cuba.

Hugo Chavez warned that 'the Empire is getting ready to act energetically to foil a consitituent summit of the future Community of Latin American and Caribbean States', and predicted that Washington will attempt to sabotage the epoch making initiative. 'Anything from the 2009 scenario in the Honduras to acts of terror are likely to be resorted to, to prevent a new Community from becoming a problem'. A spokesman for the Council for Hemispheric Affairs, Professor Larry Birns, cautioned that 'the creation of a new hemispheric body is being closely monitored by the Washington administration'.

The Rio Summit 2010 took a stand on three things: the U.S. embargo on Cuba, the U.S. military presence in Haiti and Argentina's ownership of the Falkland Islands, and announced that they would have the paperwork finished for their next session in Venezuela in 2011, with an eye to voting the new coaliton into exitence in Chile in 2012. All three points are direct threats to the economic interests of the United States and Great Britain in the region, and the specific mention of the Falkland Islands after almost 30 years of nothing changing, indicates that the victims of Empire are well aware of their new found wealth and know exactly what the western powers have in mind, and they are letting them know in advance not to try it.

Now that modern technology has developed to the point that drilling rigs can operate in a mile of water and hit 35,000 feet, and surface floating barges with long suction pipes and remote controlled scoops can mine the seabed of whatever is lying around, and hydrothermal energy systems have been patented and successfully tested, creating a brand new industry of endless free energy with no waste products, there are no more limitations to prevent some of the poorest countries on earth from beginning the process of building their economies with their newly discovered natural resource wealth. The entire Gulf of Mexico and the Caribbean Basin are sitting on one of the largest oil and natural gas reserves ever discovered, but they are deep, and are only now in 2010 proving accessible. Cuba is drilling their deepsea oil in a partnership with the Russians and Spanish on a spot about 500 miles southeast of the Deepwater Horizon site.

An interesting fact - the well that exploded was one of the closest licensed Blocks that the United States has to the Cuban fields where Fidel discovered he had access to 20 billion barrels of oil.

Dick Cheney got a lot of press in 2006 while he was the Vice-President when he complained loudly about not wanting to look up from the beach in Florida and see a Russian rig fifty miles out working the Cuban oil. The Americans are very focused on the Gulf of Mexico, they see it as their backyard pool, and there is no way that the billions of dollars involved in developing all of these resources are going to go into Russian, Chinese and Spanish corporations if the United States can do anything about it. The problem is that nobody likes or trusts them, and pretty much every country involved has been viciously victimized at some point in history by Empire or colonialism, and to this day continue to have trouble with America dominating things like the Organization for American States, or forcing their extreme foreign policies by demanding that the government begin a military offensive against its own people in an effort to arrest one man.

All of this has converged in the Gulf of Mexico in the spring of 2010. Enough seismic mapping has been done to know that everybody with any borders on the Gulf or the Caribbean Basin has access to large amounts of valuable natural resources. Oil, natural gas, polymetallic sulphides and/or hydrothermal vents, and the technology now exists and is available to begin to develop all of them. The International Seabed Authority has created the first new underwater mining industry in history, and while all of this was unfolding, everybody was thinking about how to get their piece of it.

Territorial Waters vs. the Rights of Empire.

Other players in this charade who require consideration are Peter Sutherland, the Non-Executive Chairman of BP for 13 years until luckily March, 2010, the Non-Executive Chairman of Goldman Sachs International, the first President of and the man credited with creating the World Trade Organization, the Senior Political Adviser to the Vatican and the former President of the Bank of Scotland, and a so far silent corporate player, Anadarko Petroleum Ltd., 25% owner of the Deepwater Horizon drilling operations. They are both members of the One World Government Empire, and this oil well problem in the Gulf of Mexico figures largely in both of their agendas.

The striking thing about Anadarko Petroleum is that their 32 story, 800,000 square foot corporate head offices are located in The Woodlands, Montgomery Country, Texas, a tiny suburb five miles square, about 25 miles north of Houston that looks like it will become the 'Kingdom of Bush' in 2014 when they will be allowed to incorporate and vote in their own city council, in return for a $16 million donation to the City of Houston's 'Renovation Fund'. It is a 'Master Planned Community' that calls itself the 'third most conservative county in the United States', with a median income of $113,243, just 23 miles from George Bush International airport, with a George Bush Park in the center of town. In the last ten years, one third of all the new office space built in Greater Houston, 1.6 million of 4.8 million square feet, has been in The Woodlands, and half of it is owned by Anadarko Petroleum.

Included are the corporate headquarters for Exxon Mobil, Chevron Philips, Chicago Bridge and Ironworks, Baker Hughes, Maersk Freightliners, Huntington Chemicals, Banco Bilbao Vizcaya Argentina, Woodforest National Banks (in all of the Walmarts) and oddly Lexicon Pharmaceuticals, an experimental genetics research company that has a proprietary database with over 5,000 human genes tested for their 'drugability', and drugs in trial phases for cardiology, gastroenterology, immunology, metabolism and ophthamology - heart, digestive system, immune system, molecular breakdown and vision - the five main areas which studies have shown to be the most damaged by human digestion of genetically modified foods. Also interesting to note is that they started up in 1995 as Lexicon Genetics out of the laboratories in Baylor Univeristy, the same year that Michael Taylor, the Monsanto Vice-President and lobbyist who President Clinton appointed to be the head of the Food and Drug Administration, licensed gentically modified foods and bovine growth hormones into the U.S. food supply. Almost like they knew what was coming. They were also the largest pharmaceutical IPO in American history, with an initial offering that raised $220 million in 2000.

The corporate registry in The Woodlands reads like an all-star lineup for a world controlled and administered by the International Seabed Authority, yet it is a quiet little suburb of low, rolling hills and very expensive houses. Two of the largest international oil corporations, the world's largest privately owned oil company, one of the world's largest ironworks construction corporations, one of the largest containerized cargo and freightliners, a huge industrial chemical outfit, a heavy presence in domestic banking and a very exotic international bank that is owned by Spanish and Argentinian interests, both big players in the international oil industry. Even the genetics company makes sense when you understand that Bill S-510, the Food Safety and Modernization Act of 2010, being considered in the United States right now will give Monsanto almost total control of the entire domestic food supply, even making the private growing, selling, transporting or trading of natural grown food illegal, and the United Nations, International Monetary Fund and World Bank are looking at ways to make sure all foreign aid for agriculture goes to support genetically modified crops by law.

Anadarko Petroleum is one of the largest office space owners in The Woodlands, and they own 25% of the Deepwater Horizon well, although they are saying that BP was running the rig and are totally responsible for everything that happened.

The interesting thing about Peter Sutherland in all of this is that he hasn't been sought out by anyone to provide any sort of wisdom, despite the fact that he is the focal point which connects a lot of the strangely associated dots. BP, Goldman Sachs, the World Trade Organization, the Vatican, the Trilateral Commission, the Bank of Scotland, and oddly, Kofi Annan's special appointee as the United Nations Ambassador for Migration, accepted in 2006 when he could have easily become the President of the European Union. Why Kofi would even consider a man who had spent is entire career in international banking, oil and trade for something like the Czar of International Migration is a head scratcher, and by accepting such an obscure posting it cost Sutherland the most powerful political position in the European Branch of the One World Order. The unavoidable conclusion is that Peter Sutherland and the head of the United Nations understood that the movement of large numbers of people around the world was going to become a front burner issue, and it would be of far more consequence than how the European Union was running. They had Tony Blair for that, and a few different Spaniards, but only one man who could put all of the Big Players into front row seats for deciding where and on what terms all of the people go - the largest multinational corporations on earth, the largest investment banking firms, the largest world trading organization, the largest collection of privately owned corporations and the Vatican.

This seems odd, in the same league as the curious actions of another powerful politician in the early 1970's, Elliot Richardson, the only person to ever serve at four different Cabinet level positions in the U.S. government - Secretary of Health, Education and Welfare 1970-73, Secretary of Defense 1973, Attorney General 1973 and Secretary of Commerce 1976-77. While he was the Secretary of Commerce for President Ford, his name was being considered in the Republican party to become their next Presidential candidate, but instead took himself out of the running and accepted a posting as the U.S. Ambassador to England. He came back to the the States the next year to accept an offer from the new President, Jimmy Carter, as the Ambassador at Large and Special Representative of the President of the United States for the United Nations Convention of the Law of the Sea, and Head of the U.S. Delegation to the 3rd United Nations Conference on the Law of the Sea. He was working along side Henry Kissinger at the same time as Kissinger and George Bush Sr. were working closely with China, to develop the rules and regulations to satisfy American short term needs and the One World Order long term visions for how to structure the International Seabed Authority so it could become the main driver for actual implementation of the final stages of their plan. This is also the point where Zbigniew Brzezinski became involved, the National Security Adviser for Jimmy Carter from 1977 to 1981, and a Senior Adviser to President Obama today.

In 1980, Elliot Richardson was made an Associate of a major Washington, D.C. law firm, Milbank, Tweed, Hadley and McCloy, of which John McCloy was the original founding father. He served as the Assistant Secretary of War during WWII, and is credited with being the creator of and the first President for the World Bank. He was also the U.S. High Commissioner to Germany after the Allied victory, and was responsible for drawing up and implementing both the Marshall Plan and NATO. McCloy was one of the original One World architects that began structuring the post-war world for the next stage towards a centralized Global Authority. One of Richardson's first cases with his new law firm was to represent Inslaw Corporation, the original creators and owners of the most notorious software on the planet, PROMIS, which became the brains behind the New World Order's most powerful weapon - the ability to see, collect and analyze everything. Although Inslaw won a judgement against the U.S. government for stealing their software, and were awarded around $8 million, they have never collected a penny.

Two of the main backroom players in this oil gusher event are intimately linked to the original founding fathers for the largest and most powerful institutions of the One World agenda. Sutherland himself founded the WTO and Richardson was an Associate in the law firm of the man who founded the World Bank, and they both turned down opportunities to become the Presidents of their side of the Atlantic to accept obscure positions involving the United Nations. One worked on the creation of the International Seabed Authority with Henry Kissinger, who was working closely with George Bush Sr. and China, and the other, the most recently retired Chairman of BP, is now in charge of international migration, which will become very important in the Gulf of Mexico and the Caribbean very soon if that erupting volcano of radioactive oil and poisonous gases can't be stopped, and without a doubt if they have tapped into an enormous methane gas reserve that is in the early stages of an underwater eruption on the scale of Mt. St. Helens - in which case 50 million people who live on the Caribbean islands, and another 50 million who live on the shores of the Gulf of Mexico will need to find new homes quickly.

The scientists who have been modeling the ocean and wind currents, adding the new data points injected from the Gulf, have been horrified to discover that if a methane gas eruption does occur, the resulting flow patterns will probably require that a few hundred million more humans be moved from the eastern shores of North America and the western shores of Europe.

Luckily we have a man in control who understands oil, international trade and banking, and is probably very well aware of the fact that both the United States and European Union are dealing with aging populations with the Baby Boomers heading into retirement, and will begin to hit the unsustainable mathematics of having too few workers and too many retirees within the next decade, and he might be the kind of guy who would offer the elimination of enormous national debts in return for those countries taking in millions of refugees under 'never seen before' emergency conditions. You would need someone who understood numbers to pull that one off.

However, our immediate concern is with how the explosion of the Deepwater Horizon on April 20th is connected to all of this - the International Seabed Authority, the Rio Summit 2010, undersea mining and the march towards the creation of One World Authority institutions.

We have three very interesting events which suggest that a lot more was going on at the time.

The first was on February 21st, the opening day of the Rio Summit 2010 in Playa del Carman, Mexico, where the Latin countries invited the Caribbean leaders to enter into a new trade block that was specifically designed to exclude the United States and Canada, and very suspiciously, almost the same day that the Deepwater Horizon began drilling Block 252 of the Macondo Prospect, the well that blew up, directly across 500 miles of open water. A warning?

The second was on February 24th, when the Rio Summit host, Mexican President Felipe Calderon, announced their three unified positions to the world, including their collective agreement that Argentina owns the Falkland Islands and the natural resources that come with them, on the same day that a British exploration company, Desire Petroleum, announced the first drilling in those fields after almost 30 years since the war in 1982. Oh yeah?

The third was on April 26th, the day the 16th Session of the International Convention of the Law of the Sea and the International Seabed Authority opened in Kingston, Jamaica with an agenda that had been in the works since Henry Kissinger in 1974, and the intention to vote into law the first set of rules that will create the reality of commercial seabed mining, on magically the same day that the United States government decided to send General Manuel Noriega not back to Panama after spending 20 years locked up, but in direct contravention of the Geneva Convention regarding prisoners of war, which Noriega was classified as, to France to face 20 more for money laundering charges, and made sure that CNN, BBC, FOX and MSNBC carried the story internationally for days. Another warning ...about consequences?

Whatever pressures were being exerted, and on who they were being exerted, can only be guessed at, but we know from the press coverage of the Jamaican government's problems with the United States, over the extradition of the 'Don of Tivoli Gardens', it involved months of high quality video and audio from a U.S. military satellite positioned 250 miles over the Community Center in Tivoli, where the Don, Christopher 'Dudus' Coke, would meet with some of the highest ranking politicians in the government as part of an 'on going criminal conspiracy', and that this was one of the likely sources of pressure that were being used to squeeze the politicians in charge to force a violent situation that would kill dozens of innocent Jamaicans, in the heart of their capital city, in front of the whole world.

Immediately after the blaze up calmed down, the leaders of the Caribbean nations were invited to a private meeting with Secretary of State Hillary Clinton in the Barbados, where 'security issues' were the only item on the agenda. They were then quickly whisked off to Spain for another round of meetings with the EU, but then oddly only three were invited to Toronto, Canada, to participate at the G8 and the G20. Whatever the Latin countries were offering in Playa del Carman in February couldn't stand up to what the West has now brought to the table. Already the Caribbean nations are announcing new domestic security initiatives coordinated through the United Nations, specifically focusing on the new Small Arms Treaty that Secretary Clinton is pushing hard for on the international level. All five members of the Jamaican Firearm Licensing Board resigned together in June because of an 'insulting' letter that they received from the Minister of Defense. The Caricom leaders are being squeezed hard from both sides, and they in turn are squeezing hard on their people.

What is in play are the ownership rights to the newly accessible mineral wealth all over the planet in a 21st Century continuation of the Rights of Empire dating back to the 15th Century, versus the now far more equitable and reasonable reality of the sovereign rights of individual countries, in particular the most victimized nations of colonialism in the heart of slavery itself.

At the same time, it is a situation that will drive the world into the open arms of the International Seabed Authority, or some new creation that they will roll it into with a much larger mandate, and with it will come a set of rules that gives them the power to allocate all of the rights to all of the ocean floors, and get up to half of everything, to provide the United Nations with the funding they need to follow their agenda, and to be distributed to land locked countries and underdeveloped economies as their participation in the exploitation of the 'common heritage of mankind.' Sort of a Central Bank for the poor.

MAP OF JAMAICAN OFFSHORE BLOCKS

MAP OF CUBAN OFFSHORE BLOCKS

HAITI RESOURCE MAP

We know that the United States and France were well aware of the large oil and natural gas deposits in the Caribbean as far back as 1951, the same year that George Bush Sr. started his first offshore drilling company called Zapata Oil, with offices on an island about 30 miles off the northern coast of Cuba, and an American drilling expedition found oil at seven different sites in Haiti. They also discovered that the island of Hispanola, shared by Haiti and the Dominican Republic, was sitting on huge gold deposits, but kept that quiet too. The idea was to exploit the natural resources on the other side of the planet first, and save the stuff closer to home for later. However, this information has become public over the past decade, and now everybody knows that any country near the Caribbean or the Gulf of Mexico has claim to undeveloped resources worth billions.

One particular discovery has enormous potential, the deepwater hydrothermal vents in the Cayman Trough between Jamaica and the Cayman Islands. The water that rushes out from these geysers is unbelievably hot, 750 degrees fahrenheit, 400 degrees celcius, enough to melt copper and iron, at a pressure of around 70,000 psi. They have the potential to provide unlimited, free energy forever, without producing any waste products. Pure Green Energy, probably the only thing the world will allow in the future. Japan has large fields of hydrothermal vents near Okinawa, and they have been aggressively building the technology that will allow them to harness the energy, and transport it back to the island to be used on the national grid. They have discovered that one vent around 20 inches wide has the potential to heat 20 million homes. The only limitation is that they need to be physically close to the market they provide energy for. Almost all of these vents are in the middle of the Atlantic and Pacific Oceans, with a field running up the west coast of the United States. These newly discovered vents near Jamaica are the only ones near the eastern half of the United States, and Japan already as equipment doing this on their side of the ocean.

Ownership of those deepsea vents in the Cayman Trough will be of enormous consequence in the not to distant future. Either they are Jah's gift to Jamaica to provide them with endless money by providing the world with absolutely green energy that doesn't cost a thing to produce, or they belong to the British Empire, just like everything else.

The problem was that all of the moving parts had finally come together for these smaller nations to actually go out and begin industrial operations and start to acquire some serious wealth for the first time ever. With the anit-western attitudes that permeate the region due to centuries of exploitation by the West, in particular the United States and Great Britain, and still a fury about the fact that no one has ever even tried to resolve the horrors inflicted by 400 years of slavery, the new investment partners will be anybody but them. Russia, China, Venezuela, India, Spain, Vietnam, Japan. Billions of dollars in contracts, enormous amounts of political influence, and access to massive amounts of valuable reserves that the U.S. needs to keep their economy going, not to mention the loss of control and military presence throughout a very sensitive region right on America's backdoor.

This is happening now. Cuba has entered into development agreements with Russia, Spain, India and Venezuela, and the Chinese are rebuilding all of the deepsea ports and a few refineries. The first fields they are drilling are only 500 miles from where the Deepwater Horizon blew up, and at 35,000 feet down, they are both accessing the same river of oil that is flowing up from the three sets of tectonic plates that converge under the Caribbean and Gulf of Mexico. This is exactly what Dick Cheney was bitching about in 2006, and now it's a reality. A Russian oil rig about 50 miles from Key West.

Those hydrothermal vents and their huge stash of polymetallic sulphides are 173 miles from Jamaica, but only 100 from the Cayman Islands, and the Rio Summit fired off a very loud warning about their interpretation of the idiocy of the Rights of Empire from the 15th Century still overriding the Sovereign Rights of Nations in the 21st, especially since it's England and America again. There is no way that Great Britain wins this argument right now, not in a normal, open world forum, and there is absolutely no way that the Southern Hemisphere Coalition, the Russians or the Chinese would let them sail their navy into the Caribbean and attack Jamaica, and if the Brits were to go out and try to exploit these resources, they would encounter the same level of resistance. However, if Jamaica were to go out there and physically begin to work the site, they would have regional and world sympathy, and by virtue of actually doing it, would establish international precedent for this sort of situation, which is bound to come up again all over the planet.

The Rio Summit meeting to get rid of American influence in the region was from Feb. 21-24 in Mexico, opening on almost the same day as the Deepwater Horizon began drilling the well in question, and when it blew on April 20th, less than a week before the opening of the 16th Session of the International Seabed Authority, events were already underway that would prevent anyone from beginning work on anything on the seabed in the Gulf of Mexico or the Caribbean Basin for years. Now the trick will be to buy enough time to create an international authority of enormous power, with the mandate to aggressively go out and dominate this type of industrial activity all over the planet, backed by the United Nations, and have it decide on some sort of 'formula' that recognizes the rights of all parties in the dispute ...and take up to half of every contract awarded outside of territorial jurisdiction.

Empire stays in the game, and doesn't lose in a situation that will define how this specific dispute will be resolved all over the planet. If that well doesn't blow up, right when it did, the whole argument moves from theory into reality quickly, and the legal dispute about ownership ends. Empire loses ...and BP stands for British Petroleum. Lose one oil well and keep the game going to stake a legal claim to all of the natural resources, including minerals and anything else, for around a dozen different British Overseas Territories in some of the richest deposits on earth. The deepsea oil reserves that America sees as theirs are protected from anyone else getting at them, the poor stay poor, the rich stay rich, U.S. influence in the region remains strong, China, Russia, Cuba and Venezuela all potentially lose billions of dollars in development work, and their own economies don't take off feeding from huge supplies of much needed resources.

The domination of the One World institutions like the World Bank and the International Monetary Fund remains in place, no new revenue streams come online to relieve the pressure and outside control, and the potential pollution from the gusher will destroy the tourism industry for years, further reducing the upstart countries of the Rio Summit and their plans for The Southern Hemisphere Coalition and a seat on the U.N. Security Council. Most of these countries will be scrambling to feed their people, and trying to avoid a social breakdown and civil unrest, which will lead to unwanted foreign invasion of military troops to keep the peace.

That play is right now. Either stop the poor nations from rising up and getting at their long hidden wealth and change the geopolitical balance of the world as a result, or else watch the beginning of the end of Western domination on the planet begin as Empire loses the argument about natural resources in the 21st century.

This part of the fight has been going on for 600 years, and the International Seabed Authority has been the pet project of the One World Order's finest thinkers since 1974, for over 35 years, and now, on May 5th, 2010 they finally made it a reality - and they get a big piece of everything. However, that gushing oil well prevents anything from happening around the Gulf or the Caribbean for a very long time, and when it finally does open up again, the United Nations will be in firm control and the ISA will be much larger, and much more powerful.

In terms of The Great Game, it's a brilliant move.

If we look at the history of that particular oil well, with an eye to understanding that the need is to prevent Cuba from bringing their operations online in the fall of 2010, and the plan itself was hatched sometime around 2006 when VP Dick Cheney first started complaining about this in interviews, we get an interesting series of events.

Block 252 of the Macondo Prospect is in the Lloyd Ridge section of offshore areas that George Bush Jr. put up for auction in 2001, and Anadarko Petroleum paid $26 million for the exploration and production rights to the whole section. There was a lot of debate in the government about actually drilling that close to the United States, and it took until December, 2006, one of the last acts of the Congress, the Energy Security Act of 2006, to open those specific blocks to drilling.

Earlier, in 2005, after Aristide was ousted in Haiti, the United States conducted the most advanced geological mapping of the entire Gulf of Mexico and the Caribbean Basin ever attempted, and knew exactly what was at stake. Keep in mind that Castro announced the first exploration partnerships with Russia in 2004, but didn't make what they discovered known to the world until October, 2008.

BP bought a 65% stake in Block 252 from Anadarko Petroleum in March, 2008, but didn't begin drilling the well until October, 2009, when the Transocean Marianas rig started the first 4,000 feet, immediately after the Deepwater Horizon set a world record of 35,055 feet in the Tiber field near Texas. Once it was established that this monster drilling rig could hit seven miles deep, BP moved the Marianas to Block 252 the same month, after leaving Block 252 alone for a year and a half. Drilling was stopped on November 9th, 2009 when Hurrican Ida blew in.

It sat idle until around February 15th, 2010, another 100 days, when the Deepwater Horizon was positioned over the well, but drilling was delayed while the newly formed cracks in the seabed were cemented. Two months later, on April 20th, the explosion occurred, six months before the Cuban oil well only 500 miles away was scheduled to come online in a joint venture with Russia.

Interesting to note is that the only other oil rig to successfully drill down to 35,000 feet in the Gulf of Mexico, the Discoverer Spirit, was also under lease to Anadarko Petroleum and from available records, appears to have been on almost the exact same spot in the Gulf of Mexico, 28N, 88W, in March, 2010. A backup? Two deepsea holes?

Three questions immediately come to mind. The first is the year and a half wait between BP buying into the well and then actually beginning work on it. The second is the 100 day window between the Marianas finishing the first 4,000 feet of the well and the Deepwater Horizon starting again, and the third is the questionable idea that if the intention was really to drill down to only 18,000 feet as BP has stated, why would you bring in one of the very few monster rigs that can hit twice that mark, when you have literally dozens of smaller ones that are capable of doing the job required at Block 252?

And of course, why even drill such a dangerous well to begin with?

HYDROTHERMAL VENT MAP OF THE WORLD

BRITISH OVERSEAS TERRITORIES

By stealing half of the wealth of the planet, the international financial institutions have forced the governments of the world into a corner where the only thing they can do is to continue to print trillions of dollars and pounds that there is no new wealth to back. Everybody knows that at some point in this madness, money will become worthless, which will lead to huge increases in prices and stimulate monster inflation. The whole system will break ...which will force the new One World Financial Authority to demand that everybody go back to pegging their currencies to something of value, like a gold standard, or a mix or valuable items like gold, and nickel, and copper, but something tangible.

Every country on the planet will be given an enormous incentive to go out and find as much gold as possible, and the largest and most pure concentrations are scattered all across the ocean floor, mostly out in the middle of the oceans. The International Seabed Authority will own up to half of everything mined, and they will have the discretionary power to determine how to distribute it. They will control what corporations, what countries and what governments get what contracts, and where. The United Nations will have taken control of the international trade in valuable minerals at a point in time that a new Global Financial System will demand that every country in the world participate using those specific resources to determine at what level they get in on in the new economy. They will have more than anyone, and control the flow of who gets how much, and with Kissinger, Richardson and George Bush Sr. involved in the original planning of this, we're probably talking about a U.N. currency as well.

By establishing the International Seabed Authority on the premise of the 'common heritage of mankind', they have positioned the instiution to have jurisdiction on future debates about other things that might have that description: the water, the air, the moon, space, and we already know that they have the Kissingerian eye for 50% of all the action, with total adminstrative and jurisdictional control. The oceans cover 70% of the earth's surface, and they are the highways that carry 80% of all physical trade, worth 90% of the value.

If the International Seabed Authority steps up to how the One World Agenda envisioned it, they will have total control over all of the deepsea drilling, prospecting, exploration, scientific expeditions, mining, oil and natural gas production, all of the hydrothermal vents, all of the minerals, all of the rights of passage, all of the open ocean fishing, for every vessel in the water - commercial, government, military, institutional, supertanker, submarine, submersible or pleasure craft. They will take possession of everything 200 miles from land and administer it in the 'common heritage of mankind', but decide who gets what contracts, to do what kind of work, get a big piece of every deal with no money invested or liability accepted, determine and collect all fees, taxes, registration costs, permits or licenses, and control all of the water.

They will become the largest, wealthiest and most powerful organization in human civilization, which is an extremely unsettling thought when you consider the other impossible things that the people involved in this have pulled off, and have proven for decades that they are absolutely capable of anything. The fact that this even looks like a reality means they have probably got it all sewed up, and are now just playing out their parts for the public to feel good about on the nightly news. Obama the mad. BP the bad.

It all feeds into each piece nicely. The original plan began to take physical form around 1974, and by 1980 the team that was developing it came into the Oval Office, and held total control for the next 12 years. Two terms of an economically successful Democrat administration filled the national coffers with enormous wealth, which two terms of George Bush Jr. used to implement the more difficult parts of the globalization agenda, which included the deliberate breakdown of the world financial markets to force a situation that will coincide perfectly with an enormous increase in demand for a rare product that they have taken total control over, and will use to manipulate how the new One World Financial system is developed ...and then control it by controlling the majority of the gold supplies - or copper, or platinum, whatever the basket is made up of.

One World Poetry.

In February, 2010, a week before the Rio Summit opened and the Deepwater Horizon began drilling, Nautilas Minerals, the seabed mining company that has been doing the experimental work that the International Seabed Authority has been using to build their rules, regulations and structure for the industry, were in Miami giving a private presentation of their findings to an 'Invite Only' group of companies. On May 5th, the day the Authority actually voted in the first set of rules for mining polymetallic sulphides, Nautilas Minerals, the most advanced seabed mining operation in the world, were in Houston, Texas, Bush country, giving another presentation ...not in Kingston, Jamaica.

Something else is going on here. Something a lot bigger than an oil leak.

In the weeks leading up to the spill, Goldman Sachs dumped 43% of their BP stocks, and Tony Hayward, the CEO of BP, sold 33% of his private holdings. Halliburton, Dick Cheney's company that has become deeply integrated with the U.S. military, bought up the world's largest oil spill cleanup operation, Boots & Coots, who they used during the war in Iraq to put out the oil wells that Saddam Hussein set on fire. In fact, the man who poured the cement that ended up being the 'faulty leak' that is being blamed for the explosion was a senior manager at Boots & Coots for decades, and was one of the men working the oil fires in Iraq.

BP Minerals was one of the original 'Non-Registered Pioneer Investors' with the International Seabed Authority in 1974, part of a group that included Kennecott Copper, the largest copper provider in the world, now Rio Tinto, also a major British government operation with head offices in London, England. Copper is one of the main polymetallic sulphides. BP received the first major contract awarded in Iraq in over six years in November, 2009, for $34 billion, about the same time the first rig that drilled down 4,000 feet on Block 252 stopped, and they implemented the first $100 million subcontract from that bid on March 31, 2010, just three weeks before the accident.

Also of concern is the frightening fact that there are no provisions in the statutes of the Law of the Sea Treaty for monitoring the ethical behaviour of the International Seabed Authority bureaucrats and officials, and that Jamaica is 1 of only 22 countries from a membership of 160 countries, to sign the 'Immunity Statutes' for all ISA officials ...a very good reason to keep the headquarters in downtown Kingston.

Which dovetails nicely with the plans of UNESCO, the UN Environmental group and the Jamaican Ministry of Foreign Affairs and Trade, who are both moving their offices into the Jamaican Conference Center with the International Seabed Authority in a $34 million project sponsored by the Chinese government which has been busy buying up land and buildings in the downtown section near the Port of Kingston with the intent to move all government offices and foreign embassies into the core, scheduled for completion in 2011. The real estate market has been very active this past year, with millions being spent right beside Tivoli Gardens, the Grandmother of all Garrisons, and an urban renewal problem that was taken care of during the last week of May when the military and police went in guns blazing chasing 'one of the most dangerous drug lords in the world'.

Soon there will be large construction projects to build modern condominiums, retail shops, restaurants and office space for the wealthy diplomatic corps that will be coming to live there, with the Spanish already positioned to do most of the work thanks to the 'Don of Ambassadors in Jamaica', the Spanish Ambassador Jesus Silva, the same guy voted in as President of the 16th Session of the International Seabed Authority. Interesting eh? Silva is the guy who facilitates the huge All Inclusive Resorts that slice and dice Jamaica to pieces, but give jobs to Jamaicans for the minimum wage of $1.33 US per hour, $53 for a 40 hour work week ...about $10 a day with tips. Immediately after the 16th Session ended, the leaders of the Caribbean nations and the Latin countries were invited to Spain for an EU - Latin American and Caribbean Summit, which was followed by a Spanish hosting of the Bilderberg meeting. The President of the European Union is also Spanish, and the King and Queen of Spain visited Jamaica for the first time in 2009.

This is the 'renewed push for Empire' that has Chavez, Morales and the Castros so worked up, with Spain and Great Britain on the Caribbean like dogs to a bone. The last time the Americans deposed Aristide in Haiti in 2004, George Bush Jr. had the University of Texas, assisted by the most advanced equipment of the U.S. military and NASA, conduct the most extensive and modern mapping of the entire Caribbean Basin and Gulf of Mexico ever attempted. Since the spring of 2005 they have known exactly what was under every square inch, well aware of how wealthy these poor nations could become, with a pretty good eye as to when it would begin. The fall of 2010.

When Cuba announced their 20 billion barrels of reserves in October of 2008, the Americans already knew, and had begun the process of planning for contingencies to prevent it from happening. A week after announcing their find, Russian President Medvedev flew to Cuba to visit Fidel and Raul, and sign exploration contracts, and a week after that, Chinese Premier Hu Jintao dropped by to talk about oil, and signed agreements for Chinese corporations to modernize Cuba's deepsea ports and oil refineries, and discussed Chinese purchases of Cuban raw materials. A few days before he left China to come to Cuba, on November 5th, 2008, the Chinese government released their first ever policy paper on the future of China's relations with Latin America and the Caribbean nations, elevating them to a new level of 'bilateral strategic importance'.

Add to this the Rio Summit in February, 2010, only three months later, announcing the formation of a new 'Southern Hemisphere Coalition' comprised of the Latin and Caribbean nations to get rid of the Organization of American States, specifically to get rid of the United States and their political manipulations, followed quickly by the International Seabed Authority voting in the polymetallic sulphide mining rules according to the Group of 77 vision, not Kissinger's, and it's easy to understand how quickly American influence in the region was evaporating.

Immediately following the police action on Tivoli Gardens in downtown Kingston, the leaders of the Caribbean nations were sitting with Hillary in the Barbados - 'security concerns'. The violence in Jamaica was a direct result of America flexing diplomatic muscle, using economics and satellite evidence of the government being involved in an 'ongoing criminal conspiracy' to make the point about what it means to have the most powerful military in the world nearby, and just how far away Russia and China really were. After that the Caricom leaders were wisked to Spain to meet with the EU, but in June only Preval from Haiti, Golding from Jamaica and Uribe from Colombia were invited to the 'Special Outreach Session' of the G8 and G20 in Toronto, Canada, under the theme of 'Recovery and New Beginnings' - the main focal points were international criminal networks and the new U.N. Small Arms Treaty that Hillary is pushing for.

On the other side, Russia has been having a field day, knowing that the United States have boxed themselves into a corner. The Americans have not signed the Law of the Sea Treaty, and as Observers cannot participate in any of the ISA dealings, but with the Arctic and Antarctic opening up for exploration they will want to be part of any discussions that involve assigning international boundary rights. At stake in the Arctic alone is around 500,000 square miles of seabed that could contain up to 25% of the world's undiscovered oil and natural gas, as well as valuable minerals and diamonds. The Americans didn't get the Kissinger vision to keep their advantage, and will now be forced to work with the Group of 77 version of joint-ventures on every contract, and they don't like it.

In February, 2010, the United Nations Human Rights Council held their 13th Session, and in the report they published, in "Section V: Possible actions to alleviate the impact of the financial crisis" they pointed to a need to "establish an equitable, transparent and democratic international system to strengthen and broaden the participation of developing countries in international economic decision making and norm setting".

The Human Rights Council is dominated by Islamic and African nations that have been accused of using the issue of human rights to impose political beliefs, but they are backed by Russia and China so they have been effective.

On June 10th, Russian President Medvedev suggested that the world needed 'some kind of Convention' to deal with the complex issues of deepsea drilling. An interesting choice of words.

On June 15th, the Soviet Ambassador Valery Loshchinin, the Permanent Representative of the Russian Federation to the United Nations Human Rights Council issued a statement to commemorate the 65th anniversary of the end of WWII - "We highly appreciate the historic significance of the event, which saved the people of our planet from the scourge of Nazi tyranny, including the liberation of concentration camps, opened the way towards creating a new world built on the principles of intenational cooperation and dialogue for peace and respect for law, laid the foundations for the modern international order and restored faith in the ideals for human rights and respect for human dignity."

Every shot the Russians could take at the U.S. through some U.N. agency ...they took. All of it was about respecting the rules of fair play, international cooperation, the rule of law, peace and respect, and Medvedev actually said the word 'Convention'.

The last big explosive event was visually mesmerizing too, but when the smoke cleared a very good case could be made that somebody was out to destroy evidence in some very important criminal investigations. Everything in the FBI offices on the 22nd, 23rd and 24th floors of the North Tower of the World Trade Centre, the offices of bond traders Cantor Fitzgerald between the 101st and 105th floors of the North Tower (the actual impact site of the first plane to hit, American Airlines 11), the Investigations Division of the Security and Exchange Commission in Building #7, and the offices of the Naval Intelligece Investigative Services at the Pentagon, were all totally wiped out.

Lost was all of the evidence for criminal charges against:

1) Alan Greenspan for illegally manipulating the gold market by selling the Federal Reserve supplies to Wall Street traders at below market prices.

2) Evidence against Mobil Oil and David Giffen on illegal oil swaps between Iran and Kazakhstan.

3) Most of the Enron evidence, Worldcom too. All active SEC criminal investigations.

4) Evidence of a $240 billion 'Brady Bond' that the Bush family borrowed on September 12, 1991, which was due the next day with interest for around $1 trillion. Some evidence for this case kept at the Pentagon was destroyed too.

5) An investigation announced the day before by Donald Rumsfeld concerning a missing $2.5 trillion in an audit of Pentagon spending.

6) A complaint from the Chinese government filed through the Queen of England regarding a series of bonds issued by the U.S. government in 1931 in return for all of the gold and riches of the Manchurian Emperor who was about to be overrun by the invading Japanese army. The Americans claim the bonds to be fakes, but the Chinese maintain that they are real, and the first series came due on September 12, 2001 ...for more money than the United States was worth. All of the evidence, and most of the investigators, were blown up when that missile, sorry airplane, hit the Pentagon.

The Murrah Federal Building bombing in Oklahoma City in 1995, by Timothy McVeigh, had the same strange twist. Lost that day were all of the records for the Waco Seige, and in 1973, the year the Vietnam War ended, a fire in the National Archives in St. Louis destroyed the entire 6th floor of the National Personnel Record Center, burning up over 17 million official military personnel files. Disaster isn't necessarily a bad thing. The destruction of evidence and records has always been in the covert tool box, and they have been used successfully for decades.

Which has to at least raise the question about what sort of criminal activity is being covered up with this exploding well? There have been rumors for years that the Americans have been actively working polymetallic sulphides, scooping up the rich minerals all over the planet, and now that these new deep hydrothermal vents near Jamaica were discovered in April, you have to wonder if somebody has already been there, and doesn't want anyone else to know about it.

Right now the only thing we can be sure of is that the world is being lied to. Obama couldn't be more useless. BP couldn't be more offensive. Nothing appears to be done, because they don't want to do anything about the situation. This works best the more damage it does. The longer that well bleeds, the better it gets for the One World Government agenda, the United States and the British Empire, and the worse it gets for the Caribbean nations, including Cuba, and the Latin countries in the 'Southern Hemisphere Coalition' with borders on the Gulf of Mexico.

The timing is too good, and the impact is too perfect, and nobody involved seems to have the slightest interest in seeing it stop any time soon.

Imagine that you have a software program that can simulate how the future will unfold, and it has real time data feeds from every system on the planet. You run it without the Deepwater Horizon well explosion and new wealth begins to flow into the Caribbean and the Gulf of Mexico nations, they become strong, enter into a collective that isolates the United States and Canada, and begin to develop their economies with the assistance of Russia, China and Venezuela, all in the backyard pool of America.

Now you change one variable in the data to be run through the simulation - this time the well blows up and can't be stopped for years. What happens to the new wealth? Untouchable. What happens to the countries that were rising up and kicking out Babylon? New and bigger problems; poisonous gas clouds, radioactive oil precursors, destroyed tourism industry, destroyed agriculture industry. The governments will lose the only revenue sources they have, and won't be able to provide any services just as the needs of the population goe vertical. Civil unrest, violence, riots. Then United Nations peacekeeping troops, or foreign military assistance. Think Haiti.

In February the Rio Summit put together the plan for finally getting rid of American influence in their part of the world, and in May the International Seabed Authority voted in the rules to begin the commercial exploitation of seabed polymetallic sulphides on the Group of 77 terms to finance it. Geopolitically speaking, it was now or never if The Uprising was going to be stopped.

You don't get many shots like that. Moments in time that can change the history of the world forever. Usually you have to make them happen, in a series of events that don't appear to be related, but take on a whole new meaning after the world changes. From the outside, the Deepwater Horizon, the Rio Summit 2010 and the 16th Session of the International Seabed Authority have absolutely nothing to do with each other, but when you understand what has been in play for decades under the personal control and guidance of some of the heaviest hitters in the 20th Century, the best and the brightest of the One World Agenda, and how they nurtured them forward slowly with a specific intention, through ten different Presidential administrations, now timed perfectly to be the knockout blow to what could become an extrememly dangerous adversary while it's still in infancy, and prevent the beginning of the end for western domination of the planet ...you have to wonder ...an accident?

Tony goes sailing. Barack goes golfing. There are thousands of geologists, seismologists and scientists publishing in a frenzy, pounding out as much wisdom and knowledge as fast as possible, and it's all about 'extinction level event' paranoia, but the main characters in this charade couldn't be more relaxed ...or useless. These are smart men, they have access to the best public relations people, and every kind of simulation software available, with real time data feeds and self-correcting artificial intelligence and predictive algorithms. They have whole buidlings full of these people. Everything they do is planned out for its specific impact and dramatic effect on the target audience. This is a psych op, designed to make Americans furious ...on purpose.

Obama could have gone running, or shot a few baskets, real people stuff, but he went golfing ...a privileged game. Tony went sailing in a world famous armada race ...a priviledged game. This is neurolinguistic programming in action, specifically designed to take the audience to an intended target ...frenzy. Stir it up big time. Ask yourself why that useless graphic of the bubbling oil leak is on CNN 24/7? Perhaps a constant feed into fear, and stress, and worry?

Nothing in the visual changes. It's not doing anything different, or even interesting. Just like the big red graphic of an arrow pointing straight down during the financial meltdown, or those two towers crumbling over and over again. People that freaked out are in a constant state of higher suggestibility, and will be preconditioned to be open to outside influence ...which will be the unquestionable need for a Higher Authority with the muscle to control the largest multinational corporations on earth because these idiots running things now just don't get it.

A One World Government type of institution with some very sharp teeth and a serious attitude will straighten this bunch out. Obama didn't suddenly get stupid - he got $20 billion injected into his economy and the Carbon Tax legislation back in play in the short term, and made a major move in terms of the geopolitical influences that were changing in the region. In 2007 while still the Senator from Illinois, he voted for the United States joining the International Seabed Authority and signing the Law of the Sea Treaty, in a committee under the guidance of Joe Biden. It didn't work but we know exactly where he stands on the subject, despite the fact that there is nothing in it that helps out the U.S. right now, but will create the wealthiest and most powerful institution in the history of civilization. The only other Presidents who wanted this were named Bush or Clinton, which probably isn't a good thing for the rest of the world. That top 2% want to stay the top 2% ...forever... and in that game, anything goes. Crumbling towers, bankrupt worlds or poisoned oceans, all impressive and creative weapons in the continued quest for world domination.

Remember the last guy who thought that blowing up oil wells was a good idea, and recall that he was a business partner with Donald Rumsfeld and Dick Cheney back in the 1980's, and that Cheney owns a big chunk of Halliburton, the same company that was handling the faulty cement work on the Deepwater Horizon. This is ugly.

Geological reports were available over a year ago that clearly point out the deepsea oil in the Gulf of Mexico was under incredible pressure, possibly up to 100,000 psi, and that there was no man-made equipment that could handle that kind of stress. It was far too dangerous to even think about. After the first 4,000 feet were drilled by the Tranocean Marianas oil rig around November 9, 2009, the well was left idle for almost 100 days, and when the Deepwater Horizon was being positioned around February 15, 2010, the drilling couldn't continue right away because huge cracks had formed in the crust leading up to the well hole.

Three different types of cement were poured before they found one that worked, and then they began drilling again. Every geologist on the planet will tell you that when you see the seafloor 'doming' like that, you leave it alone. It will blow, and on April 20th, it did. Now if the oil and gases continue to erupt into the Gulf, come September, 2010, there is no way Cuba and Russian begin production in the same field only 500 miles southeast. Was BP drilling for an oil well or were they drilling for an exploding oil well - a question that becomes hard to ignore.

Eight years was a long time to set up the Next Round in the game for World Domination, and we were idiots to think that these bastards would just go away and enjoy the money they stole while America was blinded, basking in the new light of Obama. It was financing for the next step, and just as 9/11 set the stage for ten years of aggressive American foreign policy, this Gusher in the Gulf is going to set things for ten more. Only this time it's about 'the common heritage of mankind', not 'you're with us or against us', which they used wisely, creating all of the pieces that they would need to bring things toward total control, and working the financial markets like a Rube's Game, pumping out so much fake cash into the pot that when they stole it heading out the door, it was worth almost half of the wealth of the entire planet.

Consider that just two corporate entities involved in this long term plan, General Growth Properties, the corporation that owned The Woodlands in Montgomery County, Texas, and the Bank of Scotland, where Peter Sutherland, the newly retired Chairman of BP was once President, ran up their mortgage debt to $40 billion and $28 billion respectively, and both of them were the largest bankruptcies in history for their industries. Just these two facilitators of the One World Agenda were responsible for walking away with around $70 billion in guaranteed mortgages when the meltdown hit.

"You're with us or you're against us' started to move the pieces on the board into powerful coalitions that couldn't say no, using aggressive intimidation to marshall together a righteous international voice, conditioning the world for the 'Power of the Collective', and the impressive things they are capable of when everyone works together to rid the planet of evil.

Now the plan is to assemble the pieces into a single unit, a whole, and force their domination by controlling the centers of authority. New institutions will be created that have the legal authority to legitimately interfere with any country that doesn't perform up to agreed upon international standards. Just like BP being so cavalier with their deepsea drilling practices. Evil pursuing greed, and today the international community works together to go out and hunt that stuff down.

The most important element will be to get control of the world's money and wealth creation systems, and the International Seabed Authority was built with that specific goal in mind. These manufactured emergencies, the World Trade Center in 2001, the Financial Meltdown in 2007 and now the Gulf of Mexico in 2010 are all taking us towards the same place: the inevitable conclusion that we need a One World Government because things are just getting too complicated. The United Nations will be the organization that will be used as the foundation, with all of the necessary pieces already in place, and the International Seabed Authority will provide the funding.

This is the stuff of Empire. Long laid plans being brought through to successful implementation.

Why blow up a deepsea oil well and let it bleed? Lose the battle, win the war.

These are very smart, totally ruthless people, and depending on what you believe, the could be up to almost anything. According to the Bible the corruption of the human only took four generations. Evil King Nimrod was the son of Cush, who was the son of Ham, who was the son of Noah, and Nimrod built Babylon. Today, scientists working with lab mice have discovered that when the mice are fed genetically modified plants, there is a steady loss of virility until the fourth generation is born sterile. The essence of what we are can be changed, and it doesn't take that long to do it.

Anybody who has spent hundreds of millions of dollars testing the 'drugability' of 5,000 human genes knows and understands that, and if they have been focusing their main efforts on the health problems that humans will develop when they are forced to eat the corporate products of Monsanto, while at the same time executing steps in a long term plan towards One World Government, knowing that people have been eating these genetically modified foods since 1995, we should probably worry. Things are being locked down. That Monsanto food bill S-510 is being considered right now, and it will give them total control over not only North America, but through the United Nations and things like the World Health Organizaton, and the World Trade Organization, the IMF and the World Bank, the rest of the world too. Right now India is in their sights as a region that will produce most of the world's 'industrially designed' food going forward.

The United States lost the Organization of American States and their version of the International Seabed Authority within two months of each other, both long running gigs that began in 1948 and 1974 respectively. Combined, that's almost 100 years of diplomacy. They were both measures designed to protect their backdoor, and now that things have gone off the tracks, a new strategy is necessary. Two of the oldest participants in the ISA proceedings, Zbigniew Brzezinski and Henry Kissinger, were deeply involved in the 2007 Presidential election campaigns on both sides, Brzezinski offering wisdom to Obama, and Kissinger providing guidance to John McCain. The same guys who thought this up were on board to see it come to fruition, and since neither loss was a surprise, it isn't difficult to see their vicious response hidden underneath a mile of water. The Deepwater Horizon was positioned to coincide with the opening of the Rio Summit 2010, the explosion was timed for the opening of the 16th Session of the International Seabed Authority, and when the poor countries bitched about Falkland Islands oil on February 24th, the first drilling operations in 32 years were announced on the same day.

An enormous amount of momentum has been built up which the United States has no way of stopping, which means that the only thing they have available to prevent the massive changes from happening is to make sure they never begin. The ability to dominate these countries using economics, military power, blackmail or bribery has been slowly nullified by the unbridled hatred that comes with endless oppression, and now that nobody wants them around anymore, a new paradigm has been unleashed which will change the power configuration enormously, completely gutting any ideas of uprising, resistance, industry or new coalitions and putting every single one of the co-conspirators on life-support within six months.

This Gulf oil gusher not only helps out the United States and the British Empire very well, but it will also drive the world into the already waiting arms of the International Seabed Authority when they demand an organization to take control of these dangerous industries, with dominion over 70% of the world's surface, and total control over anything deemed 'the common heritage of mankind'.

And don't forget about that United Nations Small Arms Treaty that Hillary Clinton is twisting Caribbean arms with right now, but will use on everybody who sits near her until it passes. That one is designed to disarm the citizens of the world, one country at a time.

Hitler did that in Germany on his way up too. He also planned for a European Union, and a One World Government with total domination ...and keep in mind that Prescott Bush was his business partner and had his personal assets seized by the U.S. government in 1942 for 'trading with the enemy'. The Big Ideas never go away, they just change shape and keep coming. This one began about 50 years after the last Great Flood, and is now close to 12,000 years in motion, pushed through into the final configuration by the events of the 20th Century.

Nimrod was King of the World ...and got nailed. Nebuchadnezzar was King of the World ...and got nailed. Solomon was King of the World ...and got nailed. It's not a good gig. If you don't do it right, there are powers out there that will step in and shut you down, no matter who you think you are. King of the World means nothing to an angry god, which might be our only hope at this stage of The Great Game, because a guy named Bush appears to be looking for a crown, and everybody who is suppose to be doing something to stop it is on the payroll.

You can tell them by their footprints. They inject things. Jets into buildings, toxic financial products into the money system, H1N1 vaccines into humans, genetic modifications into food supplies and now poisons into the oceans - and whatever they stick, dies.

That blown well is a game changer, a desperate move ...just like 9/11. Timed perfectly for the West to avoid another knockout blow, keeping the wolves at bay, howling at the moon just as they were getting organized and beginning to count their money. The Southern Hemisphere Coalition took it in the teeth, and there is nothing they can do about it but sit on their haunches and chew their fingernails to bloody stumps while Babylon slowly draws a dull knife across their collective throats. The Oppressed thought that they were about to get rich, finally, and were allowing themselves the luxury of a few dreams about payback Third World style, only to wake up on April 21st, 2010 to find a situation playing out that would not only take all of the new found wealth off of the table, but probably will stick a knife into tourism and agriculture too. Without tourism, every single nation in the Caribbean will go broke in a month, which will impact their worth as partners in a new trading block.

If the pollution can't be stopped, then within a year the nearest Caribbean islands will probably need to be evacuated - Cuba, Jamaica, Haiti, the Cayman Islands - and all seabed and land based operations brought to a halt. These countries might even cease to exist, and their populations sent out among the world in another Babylonian scattering, just as they were about to get strong and be in a position to turn on their ancient enemy. Very biblical. The oldest tricks always work the best.

One of those rare moments in history that changed the course of the future forever, and all they have to do to attain total victory is just ...let it bleed!

An accident ...or Bush's in the Bushes? You decide.

FOUR LAYERS OF GOLD
THE UNBELIEVABLE WEALTH THAT BABYLON WANTS TO STEAL FROM JAMAICA

A nightmare at first - the blaze up in Tivoli
Babylon says its drugs - and out of control criminality.
Digging a big - into things not so far past
Aristide knew - they got rid of him fast.

He published a book - in 2004
Thanked God for the oil - was then shown the door.
Wild Bill & George Jr. - with 20,000 troops
No missing the message - all about boots.

Funny thing about poverty - Caribbean style
Bablyon's known about incredible wealth - for a very long while.
Not just oil - copper, uranium, iridium, gold and natural gas too
People of Jamaica - Guess who's been **cking with you?

Leave it in silence - we know it's there
Grind 'em with poverty - then tax the air.
When debt gets so big - the island's 'bout to go down
Show up with a trillion - in return for everything in the ground.

Make no mistake - this Beast has no heart
They all want 3 TV's - and that's just for a start.
Poverty and oppression - part of the game
Don't tell the poor what we found - then things stay the same.

$1.33 an hour - after one hundred and seventy years
Electricity costs so much - can't afford to wash away the tears.
Tourism is rigged - around 1% of the take
Babylon has come calling - for everything else left on the plate.

No room for mistakes - let's do this right
We can get it all - if we squeeze hard and tight.
Roll out Noriega - a message is sent
When we talk about consequences - this is what we meant.

Now the Final Battle - Jamaica's Last Stand
More wealth then ever before - and its all in the land.
Will reason prevail? - Will the leaders protect it?
Or does this go down like before? - and Jamaicans eat shit.

Jamaica's Black Smokers

Scratching on the surface of the Dudus situation in Tivoli Gardens reveals a much more sinister agenda at work than a government being forced to attack its own people.

They are 173 miles west of Negril.

Deepsea vents are underwater springs where superheated water erupts out of the ocean floor. Scientists are fascinated by them because the scalding water that rushes through is hot enough to melt copper, iron ore and lead, 750 degrees Fahrenheit, 400 degreees Celsius, and the pressure is enormous, up to 70,000 psi. The spires the Royal Research ship 'James Cook' found were two stories tall and made of copper and iron ores, and they were a half mile deeper than any others ever discovered.

Hydrothermal vents are the natural source of virtually all surface mining on the planet, and are responsible for the richest ores. The veins of different minerals that flow through the solid rock were deposited there the exact same way, the result of hot liquids being forced up from deep within the earth. Only on the bottom of the ocean they aren't locked into solid rock, but instead have just spewed out onto the seabed - untouched for millions of years. They are referred to as Polymetallic Nodules, and the minerals they spit out are called Polymetallic Sulphides, which include gold, silver, nickel, titanium, uranium, platinum, iridium and manganese to name a few.

If that unbelievable pile of Jamaican wealth isn't enough to consider, the hydrothermal energy offers the potential of replacing existing power plants and providing so much energy that nuclear will become obsolete. The high pressured water that is erupting at such incredible temperatures can be harnassed to provide enormous amounts of totally clean, non-polluting energy, with no waste products. One vent is capable of heating twenty million houses, with the only limitation being that they need to be physically close to the market. Most of those already discovered are out in the middle of the Atlantic and Pacific oceans, with a large field running up the west coast of the United States. There are none anywhere near the American eastern seaboard except these new ones discovered only a few weeks ago off Jamaica.

Japan has been developing a system to harness the energy from hydrothermal vents for ten years, and the Japanese government has made it a priority to have it in operation within ten more. There are some very large vents just off of their southern coast, and early testing of the sulphides has revealed a high level of gold ...and with Japan's current foreign debt running at 215% of GDP, they really want to get at it.

Until recently, the only people researching deepsea hydrothermal vents were from academic and government institutions, but now private sector mining companies are interested. Exploration requires very sophisticated, very expensive equipment like research vessels, advanced seismic mapping technology, manned or remote control submersibles, photographic or video systems that operate under miles of water, as well as sampling and drilling capabilities. The leading countries for this are Australia, Canada, France, Germany, Japan, the Russian Federation, the United Kingdom and the United States, and all of them have been very active behind the scenes to open up this new industry as fast as possible.

A rough comparison for what the oil alone might be worth to Jamaica can be estimated by the amount that Saudi Arabia sells every year, around 45% of their GDP of $620 billion US - $280 billion. Jamaica is around $6 billion a year for everything; tourism, exports and remittances.

If we factor in oil reserves on par with Saudi Arabia, the capital inflow for Jamaica increases 50 times. A 5,000% jump. Around $100,000 US for every one of the 2.8 million Jamaicans ...every year. Add in a similar amount for all of the polymetallic sulphides and hydrothermal energy, and a conservative estimate might be $200,000 a year for every single Jamaican, which would make the island by far the richest country per capita on earth.

$22 million cash found in a Mexican drug lord's basement

Deepwater mining is already a reality. Barrick Gold bought a Placer Dome operation in the Kermadec Islands run by Nautilas Minerals, where they are vacuuming the seafloor of some massive polymetallic nodules. In early experimental mining in 2006 they managed to extract 10 tonnes of high quality ore, and in 2007 another company called Neptune Minerals did it as well.

In February, 2010, Nautilas Minerals finished the exploratory and prospecting work on a large area of hydrothermal nodules in the South Pacific and were given authorization by the government of Papua, New Guinea to investigate some of them further. They entered into a contract with a drilling company which will bore 70mm holes down to a depth of 250 feet. That's how deep the pile of rare minerals on the seabed around the nodules has grown, almost a football field in depth.

Mining the ocean floor is a brand new industry, and there are very few companies who actually do it. Papua, New Guinea is the only country in the world where this is happening because the United Nations has an organization called the International Seabed Authority which is trying to control everybody before it turns into a Wild West gold rush and the whole world starts ripping up the seabed. They are working with the fundamental principle of 'the common heritage of mankind' and have been developing a set of rules for over ten years. The very first item on the new Underseas Mining Menu is polymetallic sulphide nodules, and the rule book was voted into existence on May 5th, 2010 at the 16th Session of the International Seabed Authority, located on Port Royal Street in Kingston, Jamaica ...right beside Tivoli Gardens, on the turf of Dudus, the Don of Tivoli, and the target of the deadly assault that began on May 24th when the government of Jamaica tried to arrest him on an American extradition warrant.

The announcement from the International Seabed Authority was released to the press on May 7, 2010 - "The Assembly of the International Seabed Authority having considered the regulations on prospecting and exploration for polymetallic sulphides in 'The Area' (seabed of entire ocean floor 200 miles from land), approves the regulations on prospecting and exploration for polymetallic sulphides in 'The Area'." The game is on.

Important to this decision were reports from the work that Nautilas Minerals has been doing in the South Pacific for the past three years, including some environmental impact studies which highlighted the success of these operations, pointing to the fact that the nodules are usually concentrated in very small areas, so mining them does little damage. The seabed floor isn't hacked and drilled, it's vacuumed and scooped, and a long pipe sucks the debris to the surface where it lands in a specially designed processing barge. As far as mining operations go, deepsea has a small physical footprint.

If you want to get a look at the specifics, check out 'The Marshall Hydrothermal Recovery System'. It's patented by Bruce C. Marshall and was tested with top-of-the-line simulation software at one of the biggest oil companies in the world, and they were impressed. It works. First you can extract the minerals on the seabed, and then you can harness the hydrothermal vents. Free energy forever. Pure gold.

That's four layers of gold: oil, natural gas, polymetallic sulphides and hydrothermal energy. Each of them will produce a fortune. However, getting at them is going to be a trick. Those vents are 173 miles west of Negril on the tip of Jamaica, but they are only 100 miles from the Cayman Islands, a British Overseas Territory, just like the Falkland Islands off of the coast of Argentina.

The whole world understands what Great Britain thought about Argentina claiming ownership to an island right off of its Atlantic coast, and who really owned the 500 billion barrels of oil that was discovered out there after the IMF forced Argentina to privatize their natural resources to pay off debt. There is a serious pig fight brewing. The entire Caribbean Basin is sitting on a massive oil field 35,000 feet down, and pretty much anybody who can stick a pipe into it will be sucking up billions of dollars for decades. Who owns what is bound to come up, just as anybody who doesn't want to see some of the poorest countries in the Western Hemisphere pay off their debt might want to stop them from getting at it.

Cuba, Haiti, Jamaica, Grenada, Belize, Honduras, Guatemala, Nicaragua, Panama, Guyana, Suriname, Mexico, Colombia and Venezuela all have land that touches the waters of the Caribbean or the Gulf of Mexico, and Russian and China are already in production contracts with Cuba, drilling deepsea wells about 500 miles southeast of the Deepwater Horizon 'Gusher in the Gulf'.

The deepsea oil in the Gulf of Mexico is another battle field in the endless war for world domination, and the United States is in trouble because every Central American and Caribbean country has had to suffer unimaginable pain due to American interference at some point in their history. Military coups, assassinations, the United Fruit Company, the School of the America's, even slavery itself ...all contributions that the United States has made to the advancement of human rights and dignity in the Caribbean and around the Gulf of Mexico.

Left to individual countries to find a Big Boy Partner for exploiting their new found wealth, Russia, China, India and Venezuela have a lot more cache than anybody who comes from the same country as George Bush. In simple terms, the United States isn't going to participate in the development of these fabulous resources unless they can threaten, seduce, bribe or blackmail the local politicians who make the decisions. Nobody likes or trusts them, and unless they can find a way to prevent anyone from getting at these resources, they will be forced to sit on the sidelines and watch everybody else get rich for the next thirty years, leaving the wealthiest and most powerful country in history on the outside of the Next Big Thing.

The poor countries will get wealthy. The power of holding crippling IMF and World Bank debt over them to force the privatizing of their natural resources will be reduced to nothing when they keep those resources for the good of their own economies and people, and finally release themselves from the coercion. How these new resources are developed will determine if poverty in these countries is finally eliminated forever, or if the oppression and manipulation continues.

Twenty years ago Jamaica tried to auction off exporation and prospecting rights to its offshore areas, but there were no takers. In 2005 they tried again and found two investors, and in 2007 contracted with a third. The offshore blocks involved in 2005 went to Finder/Gippsland Ltd., an Australian joint venture, and Rainville Energy from Canada. Interesting to note is that the Finder/Gippsland exploration involved the proprietary use of a new seismic mapping system called the FALCON, which was built in partnership with Lockeed Martin, using top secret U.S. military systems that became available for commercial use at the end of the Cold War. The FALCON is the most advanced commercial mapping tool on the planet, and is capable of producing a photograph of the different layers beneath the ground, and set tones and colors to represent deposits for a wide variety of minerals.

The equipment is installed in an airplane that simply flys over the areas in question and maps from above. This is the company that discovered diamonds in the Northwest Territories of Canada when everybody else told them they were nuts. The Finder/Gippsland joint partnership had a ten year 'exclusive use' contract on the system, which ended on March 31, 2010, when a Norwegian company, Frugo, bought it from them. Now anyone who can afford their price will be able to get an extremely detailed map of exactly what is under the Caribbean. No more secrets.

The interesting part of this is that the American military provided top secret technology to create this system, which means that the business entity which uses it has very close ties with the United States intelligence community, a good example of how business and government work together in the battlefield of international competition. It is in a country's best interests to make sure their corporations are successful, providing employment and paying taxes. Anything that helps that happen will be used, including the military.

We know from a book Haitian President Bertrand Aristide put together in 2004, "Investing in People: Lavalas White Book", that there are enormous amounts of natural resources in, under and around Haiti. It was published in French and Creole, so that for the first time the people of Haiti could read and understand what they owned. No more lies. The book is an extremely detailed piece of work, and leaves no doubt that Aristide knew exactly what was at stake. Massive wealth. Oil, natural gas and gold.

The 'revolution' that fired up on February 5, 2004 was orchestrated by the ruling five families of the island with the help of the United States because Aristide was making noise about nationalizing the oil. On February 29, 2004 the U.S. military forced him to get on one of their airplanes and they flew him into exile. Today he is in South Africa and the American Secretary of State, Hillary Clinton, continues to refuse to let him return to Haiti. While still in office Aristide detailed some of the history of exploration and prospecting in Haiti, which included American companies drilling in 1907, 1951 and 1979, and each time the results indicated large deposits of oil.

These corporations decided to keep the information quiet and not develop the fields, because they were focusing on the Middle East and wanted to deplete those resources on the other side of the planet first, and keep the stuff closer to home for later. There were mining explorations as well, which indicated that the entire island of Hispanola, which the Dominican Republic and Haiti share, is sitting on huge gold reserves. This was kept quiet as well.

In early 2005, the year after Bush and Cheney deposed Aristide, a team of geologists from the Institute of Geophysics at the University of Texas began the most ambitious and thorough 2-phase mapping of all the geological data of the Caribbean Basins ever attempted. The director is Dr. Paul Mann, and the study, due to be released in early 2011 is called 'Caribbean Basins, Tectonics and Hydrocarbons'. If you go to the U of Texas website and find his resume, you will be amazed by a thirty two page document which leaves no doubt Dr. Mann knows more about what's under the Caribbean Basin than anyone else on earth. The sponsors of this study were Chevron, ExxonMobile, Anglo Dutch Shell and BHP Billiton, all huge oil companies. This project was the first comprehensive geological mapping ever done of the region, and it was on the direct orders of George Bush Jr., using an outfit from Texas. Whether or not the United States received the information or an international consortium of private business interests did is not known.

The third company to bid on the Jamaican offshore blocks was from Hong Kong, Proteam Group Limited, which is an affiliate company of a much larger corporation, Eurosia Holdings Limited, a monster that is into everything. Food, real estate development, oil and gas, import, export and facilitation for anyone who wants to do business in China. Eurosia is one of the largest import/export companies in China, and is deeply involved in the oil that they buy from Sudan.

Proteam Group is unusual because they don't have a lot of experience exploring or prospecting for oil, but some of the people that they are close to do. The CEO of Eurosia Holdings, Peter Lee Yue-Chuen, is also the Honoray Consul of Sudan to China, and runs both operations out of the same offices in Kowloon, with the same phone number. Proteam finished the exploration work on Blocks 1,5, 8 and 17 in the fall of 2007, and had the option of entering into production contracts. On November 13, 2007, Sudan opened a new consulate in the Special Adminstrative Zone of Hong Kong and announced that Mr. Peter Lee Yue-Chuen was their new Honorary Consul to China, and three weeks later, on December 3, 2007, Proteam executed the production sharing contracts with the Jamaican government as partners.

Which is interesting because the President of Sudan, Omar al-Bashir, is the most wanted criminal in the world. On March 4, 2009 he became the only sitting head of state ever to be indicted by the International Criminal Court, and he is facing an arrest warrant which accuses him of war crimes and crimes against humanity, and suggests that they might also be able to prove genocide. For over a decade the government of Sudan has been slaughtering the black Africans who live in the south, in an effort to drive them into neighboring countries and off of the land, so that the government can drill for oil. Omar al-Bashir is charged with being responsible for the murder of 2.5 million people, 500,000 more than the Khymer Rouge killed in their ethnic cleansing of Cambodia in the early 1970's, and the most of anyone on earth since Hitler. The oil that Sudan exports is bought in large part by China, which means that Mr. Peter Lee Yue-Chuen is al-Bashir's broker of Sudan's 'blood oil', which has come at the cost of millions of black African lives. The Janjaweed militia are famous for their style of riding into villages and machine gunning everybody.

This strange partnership would be a tricky thing to justify on a good day, but knowing that the government of Jamaica was doing lucrative business with the most wanted man on earth, with an arrest and extradition warrant on him from the International Criminal Court which can be enforced in every country that is a member of the United Nations, while at the same time blazing up Tivoli Gardens because the American government has an extradition request on Dudus, for being 'one of the most dangerous drug lords in the world', leaves a sane person shaking their head, wondering who is calling the shots. The money in oil makes for strange bedfellows.

That there are incredible riches below the Caribbean Basin in no longer an issue. The problem is going to be getting at them. No country in the area has the wealth or technology to develop these resources on their own. They are all looking for experienced partners who can pay for the exploration, prospecting, development and production phases, which means that Russia, China, Venezuela, Vietnam, Canada, India and the United States are the main choices for finding an investor who can help. The Caribbean is in America's backyard, and since these resources were first uncovered, they have been kept secret with the notion that it was all somehow 'theirs', for future use, and enforced poverty throughout the region to keep things that way.

Now that technology has finally advanced to the point where deepsea oil wells can hit 35,000 feet, and submersible, remote controlled robotic machines can operate miles below the surface, and patents are being given out for hydrothermal recovery systems, the reality of actually working the Caribbean Basin has arrived, and the International Seabed Authority voted in a set of rules on May 5th to start the industry off on polymetallic sulphide nodules, the biggest bang for the buck. 250 foot deep piles of almost pure gold, or copper, or iron ore, or platinum, or a few other expensive, rare minerals ...just sitting there, quietly waiting to be scooped up by the first one down that far.

There are going to be some issues of ownership. The British are angling for the Overseas Territory point of view, that the Cayman Islands and the British Virgin Islands, and another dozen spots all over the globe, give them the exact same rights that they claim over the Falkland Islands, and those hydrothermal vents and polymetallic sulphide nodules discovered in the Cayman Trough are closer to their turf than to Jamaica ...and they are right. 100 miles from the Cayman Islands, 173 miles from Negril.

However, the idea that Great Britain would float their Navy into the Caribbean and attack Jamaica in a dispute wouldn't work with the seriously anti-gringo sentiments among the Caribbean and Latin American countries today. England would be faced with a common front made up of every country in South America, Central America and the Caribbean - the Rio Summit Coalition. Right now the International Seabed Authority has enough control of the situation that the only mining being done is in a very small area in the South Pacific, but the rule book has been in existance for only a month. With the pressure on the Western world to find some more money and industry, things will heat up fast.

Unless somebody can find a way to stop anybody from doing anything. Some kind of emergency that would force the entire world to demand that all economic activity involving the seabed in the Gulf of Mexico and the Caribbean Basin be stopped immediately, and for years to come. Something big enough to buy the British time to establish a stronger claim and make sure that nobody else touches anything in America's backyard until they can find a way to get at it for themselves.

But what? Hmmm.
