With all this fuss in the media about Wikileaks and now fake charges of rape againgst Julian Assange, I wanted to chime in to say that a law firm called Lavely and Singer was able to take down wikileaks and a judge was willing to rule for them until tons of lawyers got involved and stopped them. The big question is why don't we know this story? The answer is that this law firm is nutso and they commit a million tricks to stay under the radar while devastating thier client's and their client's victim's lives. They fancy themselves very powerful and elusive and in many ways they fancy correctly- they literally almost got away with murder in my case.
This lawfirm is the main reason I was viciously and maliciously prosecuted for two years. It's a very long and incredible story but this law firm owns certain police in L.A and when they began to represent Mathilde Notaro things were bound to go very wrong for me if I didn't "know my place." Somehow a midlevel unknown comic called Mathilde "Tig" Notaro got Allison sievers to represent her. There is evidence that they are personal friends . . The minute they were on board she and I were buried. It is obvious why I was buried but hers is very much like what this beastly but bozoish firm did to shut down Wikileaks. They lost ultimately and they hurt there client in the process. But, they do win a lot and there wins are shockers. Judges will make rulings that absolutely defy law when they are around. Big Hollywood money. Big bribes.
Don't know your place at a place like this and there's bound to be ... TROUBLES. I admittedly do not know my place.
I can't say how they are now going to try and get away with turning Julian Assange into a rapist but I know that they can do so without evidence or a credible witness for a long agonizing time. They can do anything, really. Here's some links that should interest any American concerned with free speech.

Assange is going through the soviet era tactics I, sadly, know exist . I have no idea if Lavely and Singer is involved here but I do know that they did shut down wikileaks and they did have judge suddenly forget all the laws. In my case 10 judges went bonkers with bad rulings . Lavely and Singer also own a detective unit called the threat managment unit and they did try to destroy me for daring to fight them. So, please just keep this in mind. I imagine the comments and ratings will be sparse but it's worth it.
Especially the life time movies. Those do happen to the T. I'm telling ya.
If you really heard the story you'd have to see the documents to assure yourself. But, after that you'd be a true blue believer and I don't wish that on anyone. My stupid sick story is grisham and kubrick and kafka and a little koestler thrown in to the hideous mix. Thanks for the ongoing support you've shown. Today is a special trauma anniversary.
I know this is heavy and seems too weird but this law firm, amongst others, ruined the life of three law abiding and good people --and probably the lives of so many others.
You experienced it firsthand and so you get it. I never would have "gotten it" either so I don't blame the apathy on much more the same blissful ignorance we had before the witnessing.

Cranky: Mad love for you and OS today. Thanks for googling. They are terroristically ruthless. You can't imagine how sick the system in LA is and how this law firm figures into it. This firm represents is responsible for Shwarzenegger's candidacy - shut down all those woman claiming harrasment. I have no money or power to lose so I can diss them online, and as long as what i say is true, they can't (legally) hurt me anymore.

I have been on the crap end of a similar trial, not as big as yours, I am sure but still hurts the little guy and is so unfair..I didnt follow your whole deal, but just what this post said blew me away.
You like to think if you work hard you get your dream, but after being a server and having a night job, working 14 hr a day for 10 yrs up until a yr ago, and seeing I could lose everything, sucks.. And the problem is..you never see it coming! Well good luck. Tell us more!
