On April 5th 1944, similar looking people came to my mother's door and terrorized her, her family, and hurt her in ways that are ... historical.
This is the only image I have that attests to her early childhood.
Only one picture of my mother remains pre Nazism.
Sixty five years and and seven months later, On November 4th 2009, without any legal basis, but due to the fact that I called a Detective John Gregozek a "Keilbasa" on my blog, and complained to the Internal Affairs-- this Threat Management Unit of the LAPD, stormed my apartment, terrorized my family and I, and stole thousands of dollars from a strapped city in order to punish me for daring to complain to the Internal Affairs and for daring to compare one of their colleagues to a particular type of SAUSAGE.
After careful research and investigation, the sole reason for the images way above was retaliation and to sufficently terrorize me and those who supported me into breaking down and submitting to their corruption and hooliganism. I had complained to the internal affairs too,and soon, if dire measures weren't taken on their part, all charges would have to be dismissed and their perjury and overall MALFEASANCE would be exposed, and they would be sued for it.
Jeffrey Dunn, the supervisor of this fake and filthy little unit, was absolutely sure this imagery would finally break our backs. He was wrong . These are screen shots from an incredible tape that I just got in discovery. Wow, does that tape tell the tale.
In the tape, they keep handcuffing me over and over again in different areas. This they thought would be so traumatic that I'd bend. Pathetic, really. And, please understand -- I never remotely comitted a crime, and they knew it.
After two years of a baseless and flagrantly malicious prosecution, illegal bailless and chargeless jailing for 31 days, and competency ploys out of the dark ages, one good and brave judge, H. Randolph Moore, threw out all the charges. I didn't have a criminal record then, and I do not have one now.
Soon after, this lone good judge , was "moved" to some court in Inglewood. His Bailliff and clerk told me this with a "wink wink," when I returned to that courthouse to pick up a transcript.
Now, civil remedies can be sought, but that is proving much harder than would be expected by any reasonable man( The legalese version of " That is so fucked up.")under the circumstances.
When I asked Jeffrey Dunn, the snarlingly corrupt supervisor of this filthy little unit, .why I was being arrested, and why they had all come for such a visit, he said with an almost comical stinkeye, and a cliche cop snap of his gum, " I read your blog."
In the tape, I then scream, " Mommy. Call the lawyer. Jeffrey Dunn just told me that this is revenge for what I wrote on my blog."
Then, they begin shoving me out the door and whisk me away to some unmarked car on the street. In the car I say, " I want to call my lawyer." and they just slam the door shut on my face. Quite a sight.
I have a very edited version of the tape they made. I got in in "Discovery" for the civil rights suit that now has been filed against only a few of them so far. I got the tape just Friday after months of asking for it.
They shamelessly edited a two or more hour tape to one hour and four minutes. Still it is is chilling beyond words what these pictures represent and what the actual tape will show. It is a matter of public concern and so I've posted some pics from my collage of corruption.
The pretense for the search was: On August 22nd 2009, Allison Hart Sievers, a lawyer for the Lavely and Singer Law Firm contacted a Detective John Gregozek(who long knew that Mathilde Notaro was a pathological liar with a psychotic vendetta against me) and this Allison Hart Sievers, told this Nazi, Gregozek, that someone wrote something on a Guestbook about Allison Sievers's friend and client, Mathilde Notaro. 
Someone called her a "Morone." Yes, a "Morone" and they had a hunch that this was my "writing style."
Too incredible, I understand.
Documents show that they checked the IP of the person who called Notaro a "Morone," and they knew it did not match mine. But, for reasons (that are still being sorted out,) this didn't stop them. It is our belief that this "Tig" Notaro was sending nasty notes to herself. She has a particularly virulent form of Munchausens or Factitious disorder.
On November 4th 2009, more than three months after the ruthless bovine, Allison Hart Seivers, had hurled yet another false accusation, they, without a shred of probable cause, stormed our home, to search... everything. All throughout this tape, we are asking to call our lawyer and they are not permitting this, by force.
After this tape was made, they then committed many more jaw dropping outrages. They never found one thing in any computers or laptops or phones or anywhere, but that is not why they came donning riot gear on that day. They came because they were sure such an insane spectacle would leave us weeping and pleading for mercy. This didn't occur because it turned out that we were hardcore badasses. Who knew?
The photos above are nothing. You should hear the sounds on that video, and hear what was said. But, I don't know how to do that just yet.
Update January 29th 2013: stat counter say that John Gregozek and Jeffrey Dunn and that whole band of phonies and creeps and criminals are being watched. Too many California Ip's, bozos.

Linn: Wathcing it has been very painful, to my surprise. I expected it to make me feel better but to see us so vulnerable is bad for the psyche. I set up a stat counter and the only post that Gregozek is interested is the one where he is called a Keilbasa. Not one ounce of interest in the false victim or her allegations just the fact that some poor unpowerful person called him a particular type of Polish Sausage. He should be so ashamed and disgusted with himself ,but judging by his dead cold eyes and his behaviours he'll just keep brewing about this sausage comparison and further terrorizing innocent Americans. Jonathanwolfman: They never even ask if we have weapons. There is no attempt even made to pretend why such a show of force and costumes is necessary. There is no attempt to explain why without a crime or even probable cause to commit a crime is evident they are doing this. There were many more on the other side of the door. But, that is actually edited out. So much is edited out but much is left in. I don't know how they are figuring this is acceptable.

Allan Nothnagle. OMG I am too too aware of that Arpaio monster. He makes them wear pink and basically tortures them before they are even tried. Many of them are very likely innocent. They coulda hanged him, on the testimony of a soldier, who he had to remove from his garden forcefully. Soldier got mad, said blake said some bad shit about the King. Poor blake had to go to court. Luckily his patron Hadley stuck up for him, tho…on the day before his testimony, Hadley was riding horseback and unfurled an umbrella & was thrown! Doctors told him, do not testify. Yet he did.
Blake sat in the courtroom, saying ‘FALSE!’ to all the soldier’s calumnies. His flashing eyes were remarked upon by all the ‘real folk’ in the courtroom, his neighbors, who loved him. They broke out in a cheer when he was acquitted!

Belwether: This kind of response was solely due to the supervisor, Jeffrey Dunn, being pissed that someone dissed his sausage, John Gregozek, and due to this genius's sureness that this would cause total terror and no more annoying women who had to sue for what they discovered ie. they were working for a lawfirm and not for any people of california etc.
There can be no other reason, considering the accusation, the charges, anything. This is just police running wild and no oversight to stop them.

And, it can't be repeated enough: No belief that there was a crime ,and no crime existed for this ,and then the 31 days of coercive confinment that would follow this. I imagine many would suspect that I must have done something but truth is that I was merely too obnoxious for them; I.e not pleaing when innocent, calling one of their esteemed comrade's a sausage, complaining etc.

Plenty of evidence to show that they knew I was a victim of a false accuser, more than a year and half before this illegal raid. There was not one witness statement in the whole case taken by them. They never made one phone call to investigate and yet they thought we'd just bend because their friends in a huge and notorious Los angeles lawfirm, Lavely and Singer, told them to do what they could do. An ugly and untalented comedian wanted me destroyed, for no understandable reason, and they just all did her bidding cause she somehow obtained the right lawyer. Then, they felt even more emboldened to just go after my blood when I complained to internal affairs and called a corrupt and destructive asshole by the name John Gregozek a "Keilbasa" on a lame blog. What you are seeing is pure corruption and retaliation from this bogus LAPD unit --that enriches themselves by moonlighting for the likes of Marty Singer of Lavely and Singer. It goes on and on but my response comments are too big as it is. In short(ha!) this is utterly lawless and as sick as it gets. I didn't remotely commit any crime and they absolutely knew it.
