I will not look at faith as helplessness
Have faith, no matter what, befalls me
Be patient, even in the midst of trouble
I will not fear the strains of life
Look to the future with confidence
Not bear what could overcome or destroy me
Let nothing upset or weaken me
I may welcome difficulties
To test my strength, and build character
Nothing in the world, neither power nor principalities
Life nor death could separate me from His love
I may know serenity is the result of faith, trusting, and acceptance
Find peace in the midst of difficulties
Our light afflictions, which are for a moment
Work for me a far more exceeding and eternal weight of glory
In silence find God's meaning of the soul
For His word be spoken in secret places of the heart
He will be with me in some hours of temptations
Gladly accept what is being taught
May turn out all useless thoughts
Goodness in my life be a necessary foundation
To face and accept whatever discipline is necessary
Like a flowing river, that His love will cleanse me
I will not be afraid, and learn to relax
When I am relaxed is when I will find peace
For peace which the world can neither give me nor take away
I may live my days one day at a time
The way will unfold, step by step
Leave tomorrow's burdens to God
He may only expect me to carry my day's share
That I may be satisfied to do only my day's share
I may not carry the burdens of the universe on my shoulders
I will not be full of pride and selflessness
For a presence that will bring peace, over and over
Nothing in the world to be more important than my own sobriety
Everything I have, my whole life, depends on that one thing

I don't get much of them arguers over here but in due time they will find there way over here. I find it very sad when they attact someone for something they believe and have faith in. I pray for all of them.

I absolutely love this...Thank you for my mornign prayer!! I have learned that no matter what, as long as I do not take that first one, I continue to attempt to do the next right thing, ALL will be ok. Time has shown me this. He has always remained with me no matter how far I ran, no matter what nonsense I spewed at Him, He remained steadfast. all I need do at times is stop and turn and He is there holding me up. You are a Blessed lady and you will be shown all that need be shown to you when needed and you will have all that is needed to be the person He wants you to be.
