So.. let me start off by introducing myself.  I used to have a blog on Tumblr but now it's super slow (isn't it associated with Twitter?  Twitter is always fast but Tumblr is always slow..) and so I'm here now.  I've always liked Salon--but I'm not going to lie I've always preferred Slate--and I was scouting for a new blog service and Salon seemed like a viable option.

 I'm a senior in high school and I like to run.  I also live in a really sheltered and WASPy suburb.  So my thoughts do NOT reflect any real real life experience and instead are a result of reflection and ponderings due to a life that is only filled with teenage angst, studying, etc.
