I find myself captured by the Muse this morning- the damned resonances are getting so strong in my head that they must be released or I shall go maaaaaad Bwa ha Ha!!!!!!

Anyway, I am at a loss as to why these fits of PUNishment come upon me- thought it might be interesting to get some comments on first draft mid way through-----

 The Parable of the Evil of Root

 On the perversion of Atonement into Obedience

 

In the Fair town of Fairborn there is fairness in the air. Some would say that the fair air is because of the vast quantities of air forced through the jet engines at the forced air base, (Wright Patterson) the largest forced air base in the world. Some would say that the air of fairness is because of the Forced Error of The Fairborn Municipal Court.

 Forced Error is Error to be Fair. The Freiherren und Freifrauen ancestors of the Free Herrs of Fairborn left a legacy of Fair Ehre to their fair heirs. It is the legacy of honor. It is the fairness of the Fair Error of Forced Error.

 The Founding Freiherren of their country bequeathed their heirs Freedom and Liberty, and the awareness of the personal Ehre that was theirs as their birthright. Personal Ehre is the Honor and Duty of a Free Individual, a Free Being, to judge Reasonably and deal fairly with his fellow beings.

 It is the Ehre of a Noble and a Master, not a servant or slave.

An owner of Free Will

They are Heirs of Liberty

They are Heirs of Ehre

 The Free Heirs of fairborn do not submit to judgment as slaves before a master,

They are Free Citizens and Individuals, agreeing to abide by the judgment of a proofing of the justness of a cause or case by submission to atonement before the community. ( atonement- attunement ) . They forswear individual coercion, they forswear Wergeld, they forswear revenge.(force, violence, vileness) in disputes of evil (disobedience to personal honor) and allow their trusted Community or a Jury chosen from among that community to determine what is “Just”.

 They expect “Right by Reason”, not merely what is “Correct by Debate”

 Free Heirs of Liberty do not atone to their community in order to submit as slaves to “Order” and forced “Obedience to the Law”,

 They atone in order to obtain the peace and harmony of the Justice that is the birthright of all free beings in a community of free beings. The expectation, in submission to the community atonement, is of wisdom in judgment, of Solomon like “Justness”: and not mechanically ground out “Fair by law” requirements of “Correctness”

 Free Heirs cannot be required to Obey laws. They will abide by “Law”, but only so long as Law is seen to result in Justice.

 A Free Will submits to the Truths and judgment of his community in atonement, in a mutual seeking to attune the behavior of the individual to the harmony of the group. A Free Will does not submit to a soulless computer program of yes or no, good or evil, true or false, the logic of “merely mind” correction.

 Atonement and atunement are of the feeling and of the soul. That is why Law can approach Justice asymptotically and define where justice can be found, but by definition, Law is never Justice.

“Obedience” is never the “at One ment” that is the heart and reason of a community where each individual is a Free Heir of Liberty, a Noble, a possessor of Fair Ehre.

 Indeed. when law no longer produces justice, it is the Ehre and duty of a Free Herr to change or abolish that law, and if necessary, disobey and destroy those without Ehre who would use force to rule by unjust law.

 Free Heirs of Liberty and Reason submit to be judged, not from the threat of coercion, but from a free will decision for the mutual fortification and benefit of the Community. ( to fortify together) to redress and atone for injustice, one to another, without feud or violence.

 So what is the Evil of Root when she allows the misdeeds of Little Ms Deeds to pervert justice into correction and atonement into obedience? Has injustice taken Root in the Municipal Court of Fairborn? Has the Court become Vile?

It will (Inshallah) build to a post on the problem of why our legal system doesn't dispense Justice- just needed to break, thought it would be interesting to get feedback on my work in progress.
