this is a "must see to believe" video. Michael Jackson DID NOT INVENT THE MOONWALK....he just did his homework.
Where did you find this? Great stuff. rAted!
Wow! Awesome stuff.

RATED for the great find
Excellent research, Beth!! Rated for due diligence.

Cab Calloway also did the moonwalk, btw (ouch, showing my age).
I found this when I was doing research on my next post - ironically on dead.net
Well Michael Jackson was a dancer, can't take that away from him. Thanks for this, I just love tap dancing. Surprsingly, the Nicholas Brothers weren't in this. It's still a joy to watch.
GREAT find, Beth!
After reading this, I did my own research. Honestly, I had thought in my own head that Fayard and Harold Nicholas (the Nicholas Bros) had influenced Michael Jackson, so I dug up a couple of their clips on youtube and of course had to check out wikipedia where I found out among other things that the Nicholas Brothers had no formal dance training and that they taught at Harvard and gave dancing lessons to Michael and Janet Jackson, among others. So. Interesting topic. BTW, the Nicholas Bros learned to dance from watching entertainers like the ones in these videos at their parents' nightclub when they were kids.
