The Future of Journalism Blog is getting a makeover. I've taken over as the name on the door because Katharine Mieszkowski has decided not to continue writing here as she pursues her own future in journalism. You can follow her on Twitter @kmieszkowski.
The FoJ Blog is a side project for me, not part of my actual job at Salon, so I'll be updating it as much as I can, but without a teammate the posts might not be as frequent as they have been. I'll miss Katharine around here, but I pledge to keep the quality of this blog at least 30 percent as high as it always has been.

It's not up to Salon, it's up to me. Katharine and I started, and I now run, this blog like any other civilians. It's not part of Salon, it's just on Salon's blogging platform. Just like yours.
So my answer is yes, I'd consider and appreciate submissions for guest posts. Just send them to me by e-mail.
