I learned on Tuesday that there was a scheduled event for today amongst many US teens in an effort to show support for anti-bullying laws and LGBT youth. I am remiss in only posting it today--the day of, but I feel like I need to do my part to help get the word out that the LGBT youth of today have supporters who are willing to stand up for them.

As the mother of a child who may one day walk the path that LGBT youth are paving today, I want to extend a heartfelt "THANK YOU" to all the supporters of this emotionally powerful event.
