Being a fan of the film 5th Element, I thought it would be cool to go as Korben Dallas and Leeloo for Halloween...but there are a few things you need to do first...

First you Bleach your hair...well actually, first you get very drunk on wine, do a couple of Absolute Vanilla vodka shots, make the decision, then you bleach your hair.

 Then you go to American Apparel and pay way too much for shiny gold leggings (that's 70's spandex pants to you and me), order a yard of fluorescent orange vinyl online, be the only straight man buying 1/4 inch black elastic (for the piping on the pants) in a fabric store, find a ribbed sweater on ebay that matches the one in the movie, spray a blonde wig with a fluorescent  orange spray you buy at a hardware store. find the boots and belt in your wifes closet, spend hours cutting and sewing...then get your wife really drunk and promise foot rubs so she'll agree to wear it.

Now...what would Leeloo be without a Multi-pass. Multiiii paaaasss. Because it's cold at night, I had to concede to long sleeves...I know, I know ...short would sleeves have been more screen acurate and it's only a scissor cut away...but she's allowing her tummy to be seen...and I like thinking there might be intimate moments in our future...so long sleeves it is.
