Procrastination. I use to be the queen of procrastination because I was a very lazy person. Although I'm better at not procrastinating and I'm definitely no longer a lazy person, there was something I put off until I absolutely had to do it. Procrastinating this task has gotten me into trouble because what I have to do should have been done already so a transaction could run smoothly. But no, I didn't want to have to go through files and paperwork out in the garage to have this resolved. So now, I have something I have to get done for paypal so I had to spend time out in the garage, scan the documents and did get them sent off this morning.
As far as I know, I don't have anything else I have procrastinated on except cleaning off my desk which is slowly getting done.
Procrastination costs. It can cost us a job, money, business.
I am doing my best to not procrastinate any further. I do the work ahead of time as much as possible. I don't have to worry that I'm not meeting a deadline. It's done. Finished and I am able to move on to the next task which is moving my business forward.
Are you a procrastinator? What has it cost you?
If you're not a procrastinator, that's a good thing!
