Just as I thought America could not possibly get any worse, I found this article that I posted below. As I read this article I had to take a second and third sip of my coffee to make sure that I had not been drugged. To my dismay, I checked my pupils and I was not hallucinating. Where do I begin to state how repulsive this idea is to me. First of all, ok, so they want to make an all white basketball team. This will be made up of "white people who were born in the US only. This strikes me as very strange that they did not mention dark colored AMERICAN INDIANS in their insane proposal. I feel that if they are going to try to start a league with ALL Americans only, it behooves them to not mention American Indians. I would like to see the organizer explain to an African American child that the reason why he or she can not play in their league is because of the color of their skin. This whole concept repulses me to the point of vomitting. If this is where this country is headed, I am definately ready to resign my citizenship as an American and find a more free culture to reside in, I was thinking maybe North Korea or possibly Iran. Peace.

All White Basketball League Creates Controversy

An all white basketball league has created a big controversy lately and many are reacting to this new basketball league that only wants its members to be natural born Americans of Caucasian parents.

The all white basketball league was initiated by Don "Moose" Lewis, the commissioner of the AABA who is also a former professional wrestling promoter.

In a statement, he claims that there is no hatred behind his league, and that he just wants to move beyond "street ball" to fundamental basketball. He is referring to the recent NBA trouble that basketball players have been in.

The press release was announced hours before Martin Luther King Jr day, which really added flame to the news because of the strange timing.
