Is John Boehner depressed?

I just watched a Cymbalta commercial and they listed the side effects of taking their drug for depression as causing 'yellowing of the skin or eyes'.

Since Mr. Boehner looks like an Oompa-Loompa with his strange colouring, one has to wonder...

It would explain a lot about his attitude and general grumpiness...

Just asking...

He does look Oompa Loompa-ish doesn't he? I'm guessing the coloration is caused by an excess of bile.
