Gordon Osmond's Debut Novel Published

Rate: 4 Flag
Attention OS fans of Gordon Osmond (both of them):
Osmond's debut novel has just been released. From the press release:
"Osmond brings his love of life and language into fruitful focus in a story which exposes the underbelly of venues he knows well—law firm scandals, community theater pretensions, and the tragic and sometimes humorous consequences of sacrificing real values for false ones. Exploring themes reminiscent of classics as generationally disparate as Peyton Place and Madame Bovary, Slipping on Stardust combines a fast-moving plot with a writing style that has been compared to that of Oscar Wilde, Noel Coward, and Kurt Vonnegut.
Slipping on Stardust is currently available in a variety of electronic formats (including a pdf version for those not owning a reader device) on the publisher’s website:
Additional info (excerpts and review opportunities) about the book can be accessed by linking to: http://i-m.co/GordonOsmond/SlippingonStardust
Proof of purchase of the electronic version on the publisher's website, or on Amazon, B&N, and others commencing on 1/15/13, will entitle the reader to a softcover book from me when it's released in a couple of months. My e-mail address is fertile1@aol.com  For that, I will, of course, need a valid mailing address.

Thanks very much, guys.
Congratulations, Gordon, it sounds interesting!
Congratulations indeed.
If this is what was being said about my debut novel (not that there will ever be such a thing), I'd stop while I was ahead and never write another word. :) It sounds fascinating.
You are all too kind. Many thanks.
Congratulations, Gordon. Glad to see you haven't forsaken OS.
To date, Slipping on Stardust has received five, 5-star reviews on Amazon, two of them being from professional critics.
Excerpts from the latest 5-star review on Amazon for my debut novel, Slipping on Stardust.
From James F. Broderick, Ph.D., Associate Professor of English and Journalism at New Jersey City University:

". . . an absolute delight. . . [Osmond] has put his wit and eloquence into overdrive with a page-turning novel that will remind you of the best of Preston Sturges and George Cukor. . .a brilliant literary tour de force. . . It takes a Billy Wilder to keep all the balls in the air, and Gordon Osmond has just the deft sensibility and storytelling elan to pull it off. . . highly entertaining. . . it's all superb, a finely-wrought tale by a writer skilled enough to make us laugh, cry, cringe, and cheer(often on the same page!). . . If ever there was a can't-miss-scenario for a Hollywood blockbuster, Slipping on Stardust is it!"
