Just wanted to give a quick shout-out to Heidi at Chai and Yoga for her migraine recovery sequence. I finished it just a little while ago, and it was really helpful in helping my body as I get over this migraine.
Yoga is so, uh, flexible. Meaning, there is a sequence for just about anything that ails you. As Bikram Choudhury of Bikram Yoga fame (or infamy, as the case may be) once said:
"Never too late, never too old, never too bad, never too sick to do this yoga, and start from scratch again."
I think this can be applied to all forms of yoga, and all disciplines we seek to master in life.

FYI, although maybe I'm misreading you, easy pose is different from child's pose - easy pose is simple cross-legged pose (though some people use ardha-padmasana for easy pose). child's pose has a couple variations - I prefer doing it with legs spread out wide and hands stretched out in front, with my forehead resting on the floor. My belly is too big to put my head on the floor with my legs together! ha.
