UBS seems to having a tough time of it - based in a land where cheese, chocolate, watches, knives, and tight lips abound - managed to kiss and tell on 250 US accounts as reported in Wall Street Journal today. There appears to be 52,000 more US accounts in question bringing on more pain. UBS enjoys business here in the US and this is just my guess, has enjoyed in some shape or form some of the 'candy' passed out by our leadership in Washington.
Should UBS be forced to live by a code imposed by the US or by a code where it is based? What are your thoughts?
Economic hard times seem to make the sewer back up.
