Pay Close Attention to the Bottom of the Graph that breaks down indiviual shows and various outlets as a whole.

Foxnews perfected the use of propaganda journalism using fear, spin, and patriotism (or the lack thereof if you happened to question president bush) to attract viewership in the early 2000's and it worked very well! The whole network, collectively vehemently defended the office of the presidency as commander and chief and as the representative figure head of our american ideals for 8 solid years! They would argue that the office, not just president bush, but the office as a whole should be above
NPR is shown be the most unbiased in their coverage (which should be very little surprise) Foxnews (surprise surprise) is the most biased! This should be of little shock to anyone but I was mildly stunned to see that even a show on Foxnews like Bret Baier, who at least tries to appear to be a real independent news man, is still so overwhemingly biased!!

I am completely incensed over the fact that the media itself continues to portray itself as left-leaning, when they are no such thing.

I have also been an opponent of the media's attempt to advance this false equivalency narrative regarding today's 'political class'! It's as if fact denying, gross misrepresentations, and terribly divisive rhetoric is just part of politics and both sides engage in it equally and that is just simply not the case. If someone lies, the media should feel obligated and compelled to expose that dishonesty regardless of party affiliation. It is one thing to fear seeming bias politically and being a slave to that fear at the expense of truth and reality is quite another!! If the lines drawn remain static though this problem will be exposed and I do believe that the public is catching on... THANKS AGAIN sagemerlin!!
