This cookbook, or more accurately "bakebook" as it is recipes of baked goods, has been mostly written for a couple years, in recipes I wrote down so that I and those helping me bake for the Farmer's Market could follow them and make a consistent product, but not in a form I could offer to the public.
Friends and customers have asked me to write a cookbook of our recipes for gluten-free, dairy-free baked goods, but I felt overwhelmed at the very thought of such a project. Until this spring, when, slow as molasses, I began making the wording of each recipe consistent, adding instructions that I didn't need written as they had become habits, and writing out the variations I have tried with success for each recipe.
Then yesterday, I was notified by Kindle that The Best of Baking Bakers Gluten-Free, Dairy-Free Recipes is published and ready to sell.
I offer it here for those who must avoid gluten and dairy, but also for anyone who likes to bake and appreciates a good cookie, brownie, sweet bread, cake etc. In order for a recipe to be included in the cookbook, the end product had to be enjoyed, requested and "Mmmmm"ed over by folks who can eat gluten and dairy all day long, children included (as children will almost never finish food they don't like).
If you decide to buy our cookbook, thank you! And if you enjoy it, please give it a thumbs up, a good rating and a positive comment on the Kindle/Amazon page. My understanding is that that these ratings etc are very important when selling in the epublishing world.
If you share it with friends, again, thank you!
