Can I scream now?

Rate: 9 Flag
See those white things? They're snowflakes. Tonight, Wednesday, Wednesday night, Thursday, Thursday night, Friday, Friday night, Saturday, Saturday night ... and the graphic only stops then because that was the longest screen shot Safari would let me capture. Really, those same two pictures just alternate from here to infinity.

Just shoot me now.

then go to bed? i cannot imagine what to do with snow, snow, snow
My sympathies. Truly.
In May, Global Weirding. I am so sorry for you. Hopefully you live in a place where they will plow the snow. I have lived in the NE where snow doesn't slow anybody down, but out here in Portland, OR we had less than a foot of snow and the city just about shut down, no buses running, no cabs, plows getting stuck in the snow. Well, again you have my deepest sympathies.
I'm so very sorry! I've been sitting here whining about our highs in the 40s tomorrow, but at least here in south-central NE, we won't be getting the snow our NW brethren are getting. I WANT SPRING AND I WANT IT NOW!!!
Well, if it's cold enough to stick, you can at least go skiing. On the other hand, it is May, for pete's sake. Here, it's just cold rain. Yuck.
Put on a fluffy robe, drink some cocoa and pretend it's december?
I'm so sorry you're missing spring :(
I know, honey. It is just NOT RIGHT. I wish I could offer you a warm visit to the South, but we are even having unseasonably cold nights (and some days). Climate change is going to mean a wild ride for all of us, I'm afraid.
Oh you poor dear! Winter is refusing to end this year. Sending warm, snow-melting thoughts your way.
It snowed in Paonia yesterday morning...you need to head to southern Texas for a week - or Mexico.
Thanks, all.

Latethink and Procopius, surely we won't get to the plowing and skiing level. Surely ...

Deborah, it snowed here yesterday morning too, and yesterday afternoon, and last night. I want to swear to you that Colorado isn't always like this, but maybe it is, now. Run away! Run away! (That's me screaming.)
Oh I know snow around this time of the year is just wrong.
Ugh - I know I can't take it anymore, and I'm on the front range. We're heading for Utah tomorrow - supposed to be in the 70s-80s in Escalante over the weekend.
Here's a nice hot cup of something delicious. :(
Ooh, you've got my sympathy. That is one long winter! Hang in there. Maybe a small gin and tonic is in order?
Oh no! I'd be on a plane. Yeah, right. Well, I'd dream of being on a plane to somewhere warm. Watch a lot of desert movies.
snow snow go away.......
Hello, I live in Happy Valley (5 miles east of Clifton) Come on down to the valley....
Christmas in May. Eh Gads! But it will change and with any luck you will have a long Indian Summer to make up for it. Meanwhile there is only one solution: hunker down, lots of hot cocoa, and some home made cinnamon buns.

Thinking of you,

Monte
