Just a quick post to let you know something that happened to me when buying a used car.
I sealed the deal. Came home and went to the internet to find the posting and lo and behold, the cost on the internet was $1,200 less than I paid.
I called my salesperson and he checked into it. Seems that they didn't update the web posting after they did their certification routine and determined that the car was worth more than they initially thought.
They paid me the difference. Woo Hoo!!!

What you had was an ethical dealer more concerned with your satisfaction than with short-term gain. Make sure to tell your friends and relatives about this dealership and make sure to patronize them for your service needs.
Hmmm, maybe I'll post something nice on Facebook - no disrespect for Salon, but my family/friends are all Facebook users.
Steve, the money's going back in the bank against the money I put down on the car. No spending spree here - too much a tightwad.
