Michael Martin is an Iraqi war vet and a state judge inPennsylvania. He's also a convert to Islam, and this fucking moronoic asshole apparently believes Sharia Law trumps the Constitution and the FIRST AMMENDMENT rights of American citizens.

 A Muslim attacked an atheist for insulting Mohammad at a Halloween parade.  The mindless  bigoted UnAmerican excuse for a judge declared the Muslim was justified in hi s action,  that he was obligated by his religion and culture to  attack the other man. He also claimed that   the First Amendment does not permit people to provoke other people, the man asaulted was a 'doofus' and the Muslim attacker was the victim. In this brainless fanatic's view- Sharia Law trumps the US Constitution.  And he's a sitting JUDGE!!!

OK- how did this mofo ever get on the bench- and where did he get his legal education? And what will it take to remove him from ever being a judge- at least in the US.  Maybe he should move to Iran- he'd be right at home with the other Islamic fundamentalist psychos.
