poetry in motion (looking for a better title)

I softly touch his longing ego

And smother it with what I hope is love

in many a gymnastic  pose

But then

just before he explodes into glory

I notice

his nostrils have ingrown hairs

and for a moment I am standing on one leg

asking myself

Can I make love to a face with a hairy nose?

Yep.

Should emitter be smother and in growing be in-grown?

Harry Ego
Darn IPhone autocorrect. I meant

Hairy Ego
Autocorrect again.

Should smutter be smother?
Evolionarily, would a hairy nose be good for filtering dust from the air we breathe?
lol thanks for the correction, I did mean smother! In grown? Okay. If you say so! :)

Thanks Art!

Harry Knows, yes, that sounds good :)
This is really wonderful. Passion plus amusement. Standing on one leg--a zen requirement or whatever for asking a serious question; wish I remembered.

Need a title? Bodies in Motion.

["smother" is the English form, second line]

"Longing ego" -- takes an understanding wife to write that.
Ha! Great poem. How about Hair Trigger?
Hi Leon, it should have been extending ego maybe :)

Elijah: The nose knows! lol love it.
