Executives would rather not realize that there is a female pipeline of more than qualified women.
When I began my career in investments I was the first woman they hired to do "a man's job"
When I went to my first board meeting they announced that
the investment review would be presented by the investment men,
the Chairman looked at the list of presenters and mine was the first name he called
they all laughed when he said "Mary"
he gave the last names of all the real men.

Financial performance for companies with women in leadership and ownership are generally better than other businesses. My personal experience with female management has been mixed, but then to so has my experience with male management.

i have no intention of ever entering the business world,
but do have
an intimate knowledge of how organizations run
with women in charge: mental health places.

There is catfighting, that is not to be denied.
but catfighting is better than backbiting.

i hope women make all the money they are worth,
whatever thing they choose to do..
