The main event will feature former Light Heavyweight Champion Antonio "Magic Man" Tarver taking on undefeated Nigerian Lateef "Power" Kayode in a Cruiserweight grudge match.

The 43-year-old Tarver bounced back from consecutive losses to Chad Dawson with decisive victories over Nagy Aguilera and Danny Green, so he enters his bout with Kayode with a lot of momentum. Despite his unblemished record, Kayode hasn't been at his best as of late. This has prompted Tarver, who moonlights as a Showtime analyst, to be quite critical of him.
