Forty years ago when I was a small child I would amuse myself by looking at the splendid illustrations in an old set of geography books. My favorite picture was of a young olive skinned man standing before the backdrop of sprawling mountains sweeping into endless azure skies. Tall and lean he wore a turban above a flowing shirt that came almost down to his knees his baggy pants were tucked into knee high leather boots. He gazed menacingly at the camera while he held his Enfield rifle with the careless expertise of a blacksmith holding a hammer. The caption read Fierce Pashtun tribesman from the wild reaches of Afghanistan a place that has traditionally been a graveyard for western armies the text went on romantically describing how these men lived only to wage war. Almost eighty years after these books were printed the Soviet Union would become the most prominent headstone in the Afghani graveyard and now almost twenty years after the eulogy of the USSR, NATO has over 150 thousand troops in this land of perpetual war and NATO Secretary-General Anders Fogh Rasmussen has just told Washington he needs 2000 more. At the same time according to costofwar.com America’s bill stands at over one  trillion dollars between Iraq and Afghanistan with Afghanistan accounting for over 355 billion of that money and every one second thousands of dollars more is added.

  Since Alexander the Great first occupied it Afghanistan has been the quintessential military quagmire. England fought three wars there in an eighty year period ending in 1919.The first war from 1839-1842 was marked with the Afghanis massacring twelve thousand civilians and thirty five hundred English and Indian soldiers whom they had given safe passage.Treacherous Pashtun tribesman ambushed the hapless Major General William George Keith Elphinstone and the civilians he was escorting through thirty miles of mountain passes along the Kabul river only forty men survived. The second war from 1878 to 1880 featured the battle of Maiwand, made famous by poet Rudyard Kipling, where the Pashtuns inflicted a devastating defeat on the English killing almost half their soldiers from a force of twenty five hundred. The third war in 1919 was initiated by the tribesman over the Indian judicial systems mistreatment of a sixteen year old Muslim girl and ended with the Treaty of Rawalpindi in which the United Kingdom finally recognized Afghanistan's independence. The Pashtuns had to content themselves with killing each other for sixty years until neighboring superpower the Soviet Union invaded at the end of 1979 and proceeded to lose over fifteen thousand soldiers along with countless equipment in a ten year national nightmare. The USSR was arguably bankrupted by their excursion into Afghanistan.

  America has now spent eight years in this hell on earth looking for a sick goat herder of questionable sanity with the same army that captured strongman Saddam Hussein in eight months. Osama Ben Laden if he ever did exist is almost certainly dead now, even FOX news admitted this as early as Dec 26, 2001 when they broke a story from the Pakistan Observer saying he had died in bed of lung complications. Osama Ben Laden was a dialysis patient in a third world country with a twenty five million dollar price tag on his head if he is not dead then we must add medical miracle to his long list of supernatural accomplishments . Assuming nobody is stupid enough to spend over 355 billion to look for a dead goat herder what is the West doing in Afghanistan? America is now ostensibly fighting a police action in place where lawlessness has been a prehistoric tradition and combat the only culture the inhabitants have ever known. The arms dealers, in Eisenhower’s worst nightmare, have abandoned all pretentions of random historical events and navigated America into their own version of the Promised Land. But the arms dealers were aided by the collusion of the oil companies who were motivated by dreams of milk and honey. Early in 1998 John Maresca, vice president for international relations of the Unocal Corporation told a congressional subcommittee on Asia and the Pacific there was anywhere between 60 and 200 billion barrels of oil in the Caspian region along with 236 trillion cubic feet of natural gas. Maresca estimated that with a pipeline through Afghanistan 870,000 barrels per day the then current production of oil could be increased to 200 million barrels a day by 2010. In its December sixth 2001 issue French newspaper Le Monde broke a story about how the new head of the Afghan government Hamid Karzai had once served as a consultant for Unocal. Even before the turn of the century the oil companies were anticipating a harvest of hundreds of billions of dollars but there was a more readily accessible and lucrative harvest reserved for those who traced their lineage back in blood to the European ‘Nobility’. They have sat upon their thrones since the time of Edward the Third but they have concealed there kingdoms beyond the periphery of history’s vision and from behind a swarming veil of multinational corporations and Zionist palace mayors they exercise a thousand years of power only to indulge their own indolence.

  President Barack Obama had more red flags than a Tiananmen Square parade under Chairman Mao yet the Western Media inexplicably ignored them and billed him as a logical candidate for the presidency, deliberately portraying him as a messianic figure who would redistribute the wealth and end Americas trillion dollar oversea engagements. Predictably the result was black people, students, and domesticated liberals voted him in by a landslide. But now it seems Obama is not who he said he was or is he? Obama admitted to being a distant cousin of Dick Cheney. When it comes to being president of the United States blood is of far more importance than color, religion or politics. Americans are encouraged in the naive assumption that the five hundred thousand wealthy land owners, referred to as Tories, who remained loyal to the throne of England during the revolutionary war fled to Canada or back to England after England’s defeat. Nothing could be further from the truth. The New England Historic Genealogical Society reveals nineteen presidents descended from Edward III a fourteenth century English king who founded the Order of the Garter, consolidated the Anglo Saxon Aristocracy into an elite group which wielded tremendous power through their bloodline and waged a hundred year war for the throne of France. Genealogists also claim Obama can be traced to William the Lion the ruler of Scotland from 1165 to 1214.The Bush’s trace their ancestry back from Charlemagne and Alfred the Great and their drug dealing pedigree back to the Russell Trust Company whose founders William Harrison Russell and Alphonso Taft, the father of President William Howard Taft, went on to found The Skull and Bones society among the 1832 graduating class of Yale.

  A Hollywood education has left Americans with the mistaken impression that the white skull and bones on a black flag was made infamous by the pirates of the Caribbean. The flags notoriety is in fact derived from its being flown from the ships of the Russell Trust Company while they illegally smuggled opium into China provoking what would become known as the Opium Wars; China’s disastrous wars with England from 1839-1842 and 1856-1860. Eventually the Skull and Bones society came to be dominated by Brown Brothers Harriman, the largest private investment bank in America. The CEO of this power group, Averell Harriman, was the mentor of George Bush's father, Prescott Bush. George Bush's grandfather George Herbert Walker served as president of. Brown Brothers Harriman. The Bush family has spent three generations in service to the Harriman interests which were grounded in the illegal opium trade from Turkey to China. The economic machinations are meticulously exposed by a Lyndon Larouche investigating team in the book; Dope Inc. published in 1979. The book is rumored to have given Henry Kissinger a nervous break down and its 100 plus pages of bibliography supported by such social luminaries as Michael Ruppert ought to be more than enough to make it required reading for every thinking American despite the controversy it caused. In turn for their not meddling in corporate affairs the blue bloods are rewarded with their traditional currency dope, their currency of choice for the last few centuries at least since England militarily forced china to be the recipient of its opium in the two shameful wars previously mentioned. For his troubles Larouche went from presidential candidate to inmate at a correctional facility and was lampooned in the media for having accused the queen of England of selling drugs. Larouche did not exactly accuse her of standing on the corner in her royal robs and slinging crack she does not have to do that she has the Bush family for that.

  George Herbert Walker Bush while he was vice president demonstrated his disdain for western civilization by having a family friend empty a revolver into his “boss” the president of the United States. After Mad Dog Bush became president he established a permanent military presence in the Middle East with the first Iraq War. This insured the energy supply for the multinational corporations who are only allowed to play with open market commodities and the monopoly money created by the Rothschild’s and the Federal Reserve. For himself and the bloodsucking aristocracy he served Bush took as the spoils pure wealth, A currency beyond the reach of monetary manipulation. The supply, cultivation and distribution of illegal drugs is not open to speculation by the Nuevo rich, To play in this market one must have a mighty army at their command. George Herbert Walker Bush sacked Panama and had ‘General’ Noriega dragged kicking and screaming from the monastery he was hiding in to disappear forever into the American penal system. This brutal act of treachery eliminated the need for a middle man in Latin American drug transactions. The drug dealing activities of Bush and his private army the CIA are well documented in the book Dark Alliance by Gary Webb who In August 1996 began publishing the results of a yearlong investigation that traced the money fueling the horrific American backed “contra” war against Nicaragua to the profits from Los Angeles’ 1980s crack epidemic. The CIA and its surrogate contra army spent the entire decade terrorizing the Nicaraguan people and their Sandinista government, the CIA gleefully assisted the contras from the shadows to flood Los Angeles and other North American cities with cocaine to fund their efforts*. For his heroic efforts Webb was made a journalistic pariah through relentless attacks on him by the Washington Post, the Los Angeles Times, and the New York Times. In 2004 Webb committed ‘suicide’ by shooting himself twice through the head.

  Homicidal tendencies were not exclusively a trait of the Bush family back in Arkansas his successor Wild Bill Clinton was compiling quite a body count for himself some say as many as 40. Among the carnage was Paul Wilcher, an attorney that was found dead in his Washington, D.C. home. The coroner either could not find or did not report the cause of death. At the time of his death, Wilcher was investigating gun-running and the drug business in Mena Airport in Arkansas which had become the arrival destination of the contra drugs being shipped into the US by the CIA. Shortly before his death he wrote a 105-page letter to Attorney General Janet Reno describing evidence that he allegedly had concerning Mena Airport and expressing fear for himself and other witness’s lives. There are 11 other bodies linked to Mena Airport and the drug smuggling operations run by Clinton while he was governor of Arkansas. Terry Reed and John Cummings co-authored Compromised: Clinton, Bush, and the CIA in the book they claimed that Bill Clinton was involved in more than $9 million a week in cash being secretly air dropped into Arkansas while he was governor.There is also the matter of Detroit being simultaneously over run during Clintons Governorship by the Chambers brothers and an army of drug dealing black hillbillies from Arkansas. After Clinton, who was under the patronage of all people Pamela Harriman widow of Averell Harriman, assumed the mantel of power from Bush he covered his tracks by adding good friend Vince Foster to his body count. Aside from a minor military action in Bosnia to secure the opium routes through the Baltic states Clinton ruled peacefully contented to mug for the cameras and occasionally sodomize his aids although he did manage to repeal the Glass Steagall Act shortly before he left office insuring the eventual collapse of the economy.

  By the turn of the century the stage was set for the twenty first century’s answer to Nero. George W Bush son of George Herbert Walker Bush and Barbara Pierce, of the same Pierce’s as the fourteenth president Franklin Pierce and whose ancestor Thomas Percy was immortalized by Shakespeare after being executed for attempting to blow up the English parliament in 1605. George W was called Dubya but Dubious would have been more descriptive. All poor Dubya ever wanted to do in his privileged life is right the mistakes of his father and prove he was a better despot. A little over a month after Mad Dog Bush handed over his crown to his top lieutenant Wild Bill Clinton, to play the conciliator, there was an unsuccessful attack on the financial center of the world. Not even a year after Dubya’s coronation the same financial center lay in ruins. Not talented enough to play the fiddle like Nero did when Rome burned. Dubya had to content himself by reading a book about a goat to school children while three thousand people were incinerated, score one for Dubya. Mad Dog Bush had smashed Saddam Hussein’s army but stopped short of invading Iraq and removing him from power. Dubya sacked Iraq butchered Saddams male children and then made a public spectacle of dragging Saddam from a hole and hanging him, Dubya two. Dubya had clearly proved that he is a better tyrant than his father but could he be more generous to his benefactors? By removing Noriega and employing the CIA to distribute the product Mad Dog had made his friends billions if not trillions of real dollars.

  By the end of the century business in the western hemisphere was more lucrative than ever the production and sales of cocaine had actually reached a saturation level but there was trouble in the east. Vietnam had been lost to the communists and Burma which had historically been the world's leading opium producer, cracked down and reduced production by almost 90%, from a high of 2,575 tons in 1993, down to 270 tons in 2007. With the most fortuitous attack since pearl harbor doubling as provocation to sack and occupy two different country’s Dubya seamlessly shifted the base of opium production to Afghanistan where the per hectare poppy yields are more than three times greater than in Burma: 48.5 kg per hectare for Afghanistan as compared to15 kg per hectare for Burma. The CIA had already turned opium production into an art form under Bush golem Theodore Shackly in what became known as the Golden Triangle which had as much to do with facilitating the Vietnam War as any political ideology. With the CIA taking over production, Afghanistan has become an opiate superpower. The conversion of opium into heroin has historically been calculated at a ratio of 10:1, for all countries. Afghanistan beginning in 2002 now takes only 8.5 kg of opium to produce 1 kg of pure heroin, a 15% increase in efficiency. None of the financial windfall in the opium business would have been possible without the removal from power of those annoying Taliban characters. Afghan production in 2001 when the Taliban decided to crack down heavily on drugs was down to a mere 74 tons. In 2003 under CIA control Afghanistan produced 2,865 tons of opium the amount rose 280% to 8,000 tons over the next four years. The country's share of world production leapt from 75% to 94% in the same period. We can only imagine when Dubya put down his goat book and disappeared into the sky on Air Force One how he circled high above the burning city laughing satanically in anticipation of the future. All that was missing were giant bat wings.
