Holy Cow! What a movie! I was throuroughly surprised and entertained.

I was thinking what everyone else was... ya, ya, ya, another middle-aged, washed up, coke-head, 80's movie star trying to make a swan song come back in a lame superhero movie that relies on special effects rather than a real story. I thought at best Robert Downey Jr. as a superhero? Who are they kidding.

 OMG! He was sooooo good. And while the special effects were quite incredible, the story had a great deal of heart and was very compelling. Equally surprising was Jeff Bridges as a really evil bad guy.

 Oh, and if you go see (especially, if you are Marvel comic book geek like me), you absolutely must stay and watch the credits. The last 10 seconds of the movie happens after the credits. It is a guaranteed seqel. I only hope it will be as good as the original!
