i'm aggravated
thats nothing new around here
or anywhere else
*****************
getting some writing
done today, the kind you send
to other people
******************
air is cold and still
sky is white and cold looking
gauzy curtains help
*****************
there is much to do
i am still in my bathrobe
will it all get done?
*******************
my ankles are stiff
and inflexible, i'm told
like the rest of me
*******************
i am glad art james
and mikelk differ so,
so i can love both
******************
a poem a week
a great idea to those who
want to share the love
******************
i've been banned before
i kind of like it. it makes
me feel dangerous.
*****************
winter is soon here
white snow and early night, will
not bring SADD this year
*****************
i shall play music
spin rainbows and volunteer,
visit my sister
********************
is it all enough?
will it ever be enough?
do i want too much?
***********************
i shall scrapbook, and
talk on the phone and eat better
and get through winter
********************
perhaps i shall plan
readings for the library
dickens and pirates

you are right - a chain and connectivity - because i AM trying to really internalize that each decision leads to other consequences. which is far different from the whirligig arms waving way i have gone through life up till now.
how did you know this about me:
"there is much to do
i am still in my bathrobe
will it all get done?"
"get through winter"
Ooooh, that's a tough one for me too.
Hope you have a great day!
cathy - i think a robe should be accepted attire in this day and age.
spotted - i am psyching myself up and making all sorts of preparations - the number one of which, is CLEAN MY HOUSE.
teddy - thank you very much - sometimes i even agree with you - that i DO rock the poetry thang!
cy - thank you very much. i didnt think of it that way, but you are right - it IS a life in haikus!
and capn - thats what i always say!
Domo arigato Smithie-roboto...domo...(pause, pause, pause)....domo.
Frankly, I'm glad that I don't live in Alaska. I couldn't stand the weather there. At least here I know winter will be over by June. ;-D
Oh snap - almost forgot! Love the haikus/missed the friend thing but have corrected that oversight. :-D
we will weather the winter!
