There were some truly outstanding posts made for Veterans Day/Remembrance Day yesterday, and many OSers believe that the cover did not reflect the significance of the day. Here are links to as many of those posts as I could gather. Please feel free to add any that I've missed in your comments below, or send me a PM.

It was my pleasure, Torman. It's a bit of a slow day at work, anyway. I just hope that some people see this - not that it makes up for the cover yesterday. It's just another post getting lost in the miasma that is OS!
Aim and I were working on a similar post with lots of help from AtHomePilgrim. I have more links if you're interested. Thanks for doing this.

Truly remarkable -- all of you.

(and thank you for including my post from today, as i had a discussion with a friend last night who was unaware as to why the poppy symbolizes veterans'/remembrance/memorial day. thanks!)
Thank you so much for doing this.
Thank you for an incredible amount of work. I look forward to visiting as many of these as possible.
And the fact that you picked the days most important subject also helped.
The talent reflected here (and I can say that because all I did was put up a video) is astounding.
Thank you.
Excellent.
