Journalism may be going all to hell.

But there are a few worthwhile gigs left, apparently, and I count doing a video interview with Savanna Samson as one of them.

If I was a smarty, I'd mine this 20 minutes of chat for about five magazine articles ... oh, wait! It would take me a month to try to sell them ...

Well, maybe.

So if you can think of a reason why a porn star can't also be a great mom, I'd love to hear it. And so, I think, would Savanna Samson.

You really can't think of any reason why a porn star might not be a great mom? Really? Not even one? All porn stars are automatically great moms, as opposed to other types of working moms? That's a surprise to me. I know a number of people in the sex industry. Some have it together, most of them over time have become fairly enmeshed in 'the life' and do not keep the hours, friends, or habits that make for a dedicated parental role model.

I can think of plenty of reasons why a porn star *might* not be a great mom, as you can.

But that's not what I asked. I asked if there are reasons a porn star *can't* be a great mom.
