I stepped on the scale this morning hoping to still at least be 277 and I am down to 275!!! I feel all saggy (is that a word?). My skin is sagging, but not nearly as bad as I thought it would. I'm doing this naturally - no surgery, or weird diet - just good food and excercise. Hopefully I'll lose it slowly enough to not need to much surgery after I'm thin and trim.
It's hard to fight cravings during PMS! I even wanted a Big Mac last night. Ick! I find myself turning the channel whenever bad food is on TV and that is almost EVERY commercial!
Here's to 275 (-23 pounds)!!! Only 120 more to go!!!
