The Overpopulation Problem

The world population is supposed to reach 7 billion by 2011. That's because parents have more kids while their others are still cute and do what they say.

If you want to lower population, make them look after a teenager for a month so they have realistic expectations.

Or just hire someone to eat all their food, steal their alcohol, run up $1,000 in phone calls, and remind them what an embarassment they are.

I definitely think a kind of "teenager care" program prior to having one's own kids would make many think twice before reproducing.

Did anyone catch Dr.Phil discussion on teaching a over the top female teenager who spends nearly 1,000.00 a month on her self, thanks to her clueless parents try to get a grip on what a budget is? Sounds like my daughter could run that course.
