It appears that the "gold standard" for the detection of controlled substances in ones body(mainly pot), is/has been, a crock of siht. This "test" was thought to be soooooo accurate that the courts let it pass for evidence, without a conformation test (a real test) The test in question is supposed to be fool proof (they forget who will be using these tests)as simple as putting a sample in a little bag, breaking the ampule shaking, and comparing colors, or color as the case may be. Seems the result turns multiple shades of one color, purple. But, it appears not all people see colors the same, in fact everybody sees colors different, Then we got the color blind, that it don't matter what shade it is, it's all gray (I tried that with an "e" and spell check wouldn't go for it) to them. As it turns out, many different substances turn the test solution purple, but pot turns it a certain shade of purple. So, the difference between a positive result, and a negative one, depends on who reads the result. The government was/is so hell bent on putting people in jail they skipped the "due process" part, and locked up tens of thousands of innocent people. Hooray. They're evil, EVIL, I say.
When a government is no longer a benefit, and is instead harmful to the people it works for, it is the duty of those people to remove that government and replace it with a just one.

Violent revolution, like any armed conflict, is a very mixed bag and a well armed government is a difficult opponent. The fall of communism in central Europe and the overthrow of the Shah in Iran shows it is possible but conditions have to be very bad to get the populace active and things are not that bad - yet. And what kind of government might emerge has no guarantee. A theistic dictatorship is nothing to look forward to.

Stamped, your legislator.
For a computer generated form letter they could at least acknowledge which concern that might be, to at least, give the impression somebody actually read it. Evil I say.
Thanks Jack, Scylla, Jan, it's good to see I'm not the only one that thinks this is a big deal, because it is, we have more rules, regulations, intrusions, tax's, laws, prisons, and violations, than our founding fathers had in England, and they went to war over it. And, there's more of us, than them, for now.
