In an unpresidented show of complete idiocity,  Lee Bakka, sheriff, wastes everybody's time, and someone else s  money showing off his total disconnect from reality.  Who in their right mind is going to put a $10 lolly pop in some trick or treater's bag?  Seriously? Oh yeah I forgot, we're talking about pot smokers, those crazy bastards will put pot in anything, or space out and give it away, or,  Bakka is on crack. Fortunately for comedy content, it was one of the best "open mouth insert foot" moments I've seen in a while. Except his other stand up routine, where he say's even if prop 19 pass's he's still gonna bust people for pot. He didn't however say which court he was going to use to prosecute these falsely arrested people. Oh, the lawsuits, I can't wait to see this play out. This is also the same doofus that held attorney Richard Fine for 18  months  on an invalid court order. And tried to keep Full Disclosure.net the only news outlet with enough courage to cover the rampant corruption in LA, from interviewing Dr. Fine, until they brought a suit against the sheriff, then he suddenly went from "no way your going to interview him", to, "oh sure feel free to interview away". As anybody that's dealt with the LA county sheriff will tell you, they're the most despicable asshats going. I know from personal experience.  They don't have to witness a crime, they make them, even if they have to bend the rules,  a lot. They have a special class at the academy called "creative report writing", with such topics as "how to perjure yourself without detection", or "open ended lying to avoid perjury", and, "omission can be your friend", and the always popular "corroborating  your stories to effect a conviction". (I've lived in LA county for a while) (unfortunately)
