"Green jobs", the most undefined phrase in the English language. But if you put a $10.3 billion price tag on it, you get all kinds of definitions, like, "enviromental site sampling", "how to recycle", and "energy auditing and weatherization, oh wait, those ARE green jobs, not the definition. But, valuable skills nontheless, according to EPA chief Lisa Jackson. After extensive training in these valuble fields graduates will be able to use these valuble skills to "protect the health of local families, and residents, and, prepare communities for continued economic growth", again according to Jackson. $10 million to one "poor, and underserved" city for a study on how pollution effects stress and social factors in these communities. $6.2 million to 21 "community groups" that will recruit and train, and PLACE unemployed, low income residents in polluted areas. This agency of our government has an annual budget of $10.3 BILLION. To train people in totally useless, immaginary, needless, "green jobs". "Enviromental site sampling", what the hell is that? "Energy auditing" for what? So section 9 housing residents can see how upgrading to energy efficient appliances can offset the cost of the marajuana grow operation in the spare bedroom? Hey, I just had a brilliant idea, I can be just as completely incoherent, and blithering as Lisa, and I'll do it for $1 billion.
