School police, when I was going we didn't even have security guards. Today the same high school I went to looks like a prison. 15 foot high 1 inch around spiked metal bar cages surround the buildings. 6 foot high chain-link fencing around the parking lot, a police sub station, security cameras, everything but machine gun turrets.  Every now and then I see the school police car cruising around. My question is........ what the hell do they need a police car for? So we tax payers can pay for it? Can't even drive the thing on campus, what a joke. And who the hell does he talk to on the radio? The LA county Sheriff around here has been targeting, and harassing kids for 40 years, I can attest to that. I'm surprised they don't have a school SWAT team. The four years I went to that school we had one fight, almost, more of a shoving match. And these school cops carry guns, tasers, pepper spray, the whole arsenal, in case someone is tardy I guess. What ever happened to "calling the police"? The only reason for a full time school Gestapo, is for......... I don't have a clue.
