A 6 year old is suspended from school for sexual assault. Good, it's about time they do something about these little perverts, running around sexually assaulting people, especially other 6 year old's. The staggering numbers of these assaults is in the rise, in schools across the nation are inundated with cases of child on child sexual assaults. Gang rapes right in the classroom, groping in the cafeteria, flashing in PE, will the madness ever end? What's worse, I found out that I was a child rapist also, when I was a child, I seem to have grown out of it, or did I? I haven't played "tag" for at least 40 years. Oh yeah, the "assault" this 6 year old was found guilty of, the degenerate act, the repulsive game of "tag". This aggressive, "touching" of another individual with clear sexual overtones, and obvious "intention" of a deviate nature, must be stopped. But first, these 6 year old's should be taught what sex is. When I was six years old, I thought sex was the number before seven. How could I have been so naive? I could never understand why pets didn't have to wear underwear. Or, why the boy horses at the fair were allowed to do "that" in public. But, now I understand what the big attraction to the game of tag was. And, besides sexual assault, what about "child abuse"?, "child molestation"? Sex with a minor? statutory rape? "Intent to commit sexual assault"?
Wait a minute.......intent.........now there's a word with a lot of meanings, I mean, it can be taken so many different ways. Besides the purposeful act or actions, or doing so with malice of forethought, or a planned outcome, or wishing to effect a result, intent could mean anything. In order for a crime to have been committed, there must be an injured party, and intent. Is that why accidents aren't a crime, because there was no "intent"? Doesn't sexual assault involve the reproductive organs? Why don't they teach sexual harassment in kindergarten? Better yet, why don't they have jails in school?
I feel sorry for the poor girl that was assaulted by this perverted kid. But I feel even sorrier for the poor kid who's been labeled, and turned into a social outcast, stigmatized for life. Who will now probally commit suicide by the age of eight, or grow up to become a serial rapist.
Where do we draw the line between defamation of character, slander, and libel and real actual laws?

psychologists will tell you in court that a child that young "cannot form the intent to commit a crime".
what we have here is police state political correctness run amuck. real criminals go free on evidence technicalities, while 6 year olds are arrested for playing tag.
in related news - a 10 year old was arrested for pointing what was obviously a toy pistol at someone this week as well
Thanx
