Here's one for the contradiction files, the California narcotics officer assoc. is having a LIVE methamphetamine, and GHB cook. Not to be confused with cook-off, but just plain ol' illegal drug manufacturing. Afterwords there will be a bake-sale, just kidding. This will be a hands on opportunity for anyone wanting to actually cook up their own drugs, with DEA chemists giving the step, by step how to's, and don't do's.

Now, correct me if I'm wrong, but isn't manufacturing methamphetamine, and the date rape drug GHB illegal? Doesn't the "law" apply equally to all? How could things have gotten so out of control that cops are making drugs, and what are they going to do with them when they're done? Is HAZMAT going to be there, along with the fire department?

Now, cops may have some "special" powers, like to arrest people, but other than that, they're ordinary people that the law applies to just as much as you or I. What's wrong with a film clip, or a slide show?
