ICP, or Insane Clown Posse. Sounds like a government agency, but, not according to the FBI. According to them, ICP and their fans are a deadly street gang, that murder, rape, and pillage, and do other gang related activity, like..........hang out. I think I can see where this is going. The ol' divide and conquer technique. This Rap group is two white goofy kids, not the Bloods. Maybe some of their fans are gang bangers, and do gang banging stuff, but to label all of their fans as "gang members" is hateful, and discriminatory. So, if you have an ICP CD in your car, you're now subject to being treated as a known gang member. What other groups will they single out for "special law enforcement"? What happened to "innocent until proven guilty"? What the hell happened to America?
