Oh, cut the crap. I think we can deduct from that statement that, the nine injured were hit by police gunfire. "HEY, STOP OR I'LL SHOOT" , only works on TV. You(cop) don't run after someone, that just shot someone, and yell at them. Reason being, they might have some bullets left in the gun they just used. And, they probably still have that gun. Also, yelling at them, might just trigger a reaction. Such as, maybe, he might, use that gun again. Which would be a bad thing on crowded New York sidewalks. Especially if you(cop) decide to shoot back. Remember in training, "know your target", along with "know what's behind your target". So, in their defense, and being from NY myself, the response would have gone something like "Yeah we knew there were people behind the target, so?" The way police conduct policing these day's is way wrong. They put up this "to protect and serve" front, but, that's hardly what they do. "To assault and kill" would be more accurate. It's because the people we choose to "represent"us in congress, think with their butts. Government is a game for grown-ups, but you don't have to be a grown-up to play. The government makes laws that make ordinary citizens into criminals, and criminals into ordinary government. There isn't one, not one, single government official that hasn't committed some heinous unspeakable criminal offense that has harmed numerous people, even killed many, yet still enjoy their lucrative lifestyles, and luxurious living conditions while representing themselves to no end. A bunch of blowhard bullshit barkers, that couldn't care less about anything buy themselves don't make good representatives for anything else. People don't get into politics to "make this a better nation", come on, it's all about EGO. I, me, mine, gimme, gimme. Did you know that we have only congressman that isn't a millionaire? How does that happen? These are "public servants", how do you serve the public from a McMansion?
