That this nation is over. The appellate court held up indefinite detention for American's, without trial, lawyer, bail, none of the constitutional rights guaranteed us by the contract signed by the government. Now hear this, I gave up no such rights, those rights are unalienable, nobody can take them away from me. This court has absolutely NO JURISDICTION over MY RIGHTS, God damn it. Not to mention that this decision is null and void, and these judges no longer represent the united states government. This my friends is a declaration of war on American's by our ex-government, our tyrannical cartel that can't do a simple job like PROTECTING our God damned constitutional rights that they swore an oath to protect and defend. This is perjury, and must be prosecuted. I can't believe people aren't arming themselves with pitchforks and pitch torches. We really need to drag these criminals out of their cushy jobs and lynch every last one of them. It's time to show these asshats that they WORK FOR US God damn it. This unacceptable action by these illegitimate representatives is beyond "peaceful negotiation" it's war time baby. They threw the first punch, lets woop some governmental ass. F*ck the elections, we have a mess to clean up first. They have become destructive to those ends, so it's our DUTY to end the destruction, and end some political careers. 314 million pissed off American's against 535 dipshits is no contest. We can even let the elderly, and the kids sit it out, and still kick their buttheads. They may have 1.4 billion rounds of ammo, but only so many guns. We've got at least a million guns, and who knows how many billion rounds ourselves. This is what it's gonna take folks. I really don't think that the first ones to experience the NDAA's full brunt will be these judges, and I don't see the obama administration indefinitely detaining itself for terrorist acts, if we don't do this who will?

It's such a shame......... the US really could have lived up to its promise. If it had done so, the world would have lavished its honours and respect upon Americans and everything American in just the same manner as so many Americans believe they do (of course, they don't; no matter what fairy tales y'all tell yourselves).

Every person on this planet used to have the right to go wherever he/she wished to go. Now you have to have the 'proper' documents and permissions to leave that chunk of the planet where you were born.
