Although having and keeping lots of money may motivate many of the super rich to flee the country to preserve their wealth the planet is now well equipped to provide anything they want where ever they decide to stay. The USA offers little to keep them. But the advancing oppression and lack of opportunity also is prodding those who desire and not only the super rich to flee the country for better accommodation. The recent shift towards totalitarian tactics also is a prod to get away.
