I like to mix up styles, sometimes with photographs and illustrations, as I grow in this interesting dance with words, called writing.

Wow! Amazing colors! How fun. You are so lucky to be able to dye eggs. Not in the cards for me this year but this brings back so many good memories. Thank you!
This makes me recall a Russian painted wooden egg. I always wonder what happens to stuff? Maybe the Easter Thug? Easter Bunny steal eggs? Government kills a hen. Politicians steal sprouts. huh? I recall One Easter Meal. Pink gum was in Brussels. The young chew Tuti Fruit. Then - Hide gum in Greens.
Once O washed dirty clothes. On laundry day I discovered` Brussels Sprouts in trousers. I blamed the rowdy children.
Once there was a condom too. I blamed the teenager years. The condom wasn't mine.
Beauty. I want egg salad. No stuff rooster in pants. Thanks. I go find a bunny.
Thanks for sharing these most beautiful eggs, reminded me of long ago when the boys and i dyed eggs and they had sooo much candy, I wanted to kill them for their unbelievable hyperness..haha JK. They were loveable, even hyped out!:)
I will keep popping back in today ... Thanks Kim, happy day to you too : ) Happy Easter, scanner : ) Marissa: Nice to 'meet' you...and thanks! aim: One photo in my email box this morning was of a dog with bunny ears hanging out of its mouth... ...fortunately not THE bunny : )
I bought two dozen eggs and we didn't color any of them but this is even better because now I don't have 24 hard-cooked eggs no one will eat. And they wouldn't have turned out this pretty either.
These are eggsquisitely colorful - I hope you enjoyed them all. Sorry I'm a day late in commenting but I had an exquisite day away celebrating myself. ♥R
Thanks Rita, nice to have you come by for a peek : )
Cindy: It was just like that when our boys were young...now we just sit around and paint too many eggs : )
Lunchlady: We don't do a big dinner or anything else for this holiday living this far from extended family...we color eggs...eat chocolate... and hike in the afternoon. We didn't even get to the hike this year. : )
Matt!! Ouch! Horrible visual... : ) Nice to see you...
Theresa: Nice to have you come by...and yes, once a year endless deviled eggs.
Sally: Thanks! We got out tiny paintbrushes this year...nice to have you come by : )
Thanks Patricia, hope you had a great Easter Sunday!
Persistent Muse: Thanks-- and yes, we're sick of eggs already!
Margaret: Thanks for coming by --- The painting of the eggs is our fun ritual, and your comment made me laugh! Last year we finally got around to egg-dyeing on Easter morning...this year we hard-boiled twice as much as we ever got around to dyeing, two of the five of us don't eat eggs....thank goodness the dog loves hardboiled eggs! (then she stays outside for all her sulfur farts) : )
Fusun: Happy Easter!! I'm glad you had a nice day yesterday....and thanks for coming by!
Cathy! I've been gone too much, I miss what's up your way...thanks for that! We had a really fun time...come to think of it, no adults were drinking this year! No one even noticed, that is a good sign of fun being had. : )
