So imagine a nudity-activist showing up at airport security. S/he drops his/her gown into the tray and steps forward in full glory.
Now, how can s/he be legally required to appear unclothed to strangers 100' away in some monitoring booth, and yet be legally prohibited from appearing unclothed somewhere else in the airport?
And if s/he decides to just keep swinging out onto the concourse, the same logic applies: his/her unclothed image was recorded back in the booth and thus, again, s/he is required to exist that way one place in the airport and prohibited from existing that way elsewhere.
Such exciting times we live in.
